Hello my name is Melissa and I'm addicted to Starbucks. Anyone else with me? I didn't get breakfast this morning just so I could count it into my calories for a venti caramel frapp with soy no whip. Pathetic that this is the 3rd day this week I have gotten Starbucks. I had 2 on Monday! On the plus side I have still managed to lose a pound

Hi Melissa. My name is Jen and I'm addicted to Starbucks.

I recently downloaded the Starbucks app on my new iPhone and started storing my drinks. My usual nonfat vanilla latte is 130 calories. Not bad. I entered my seasonal nonfat pumpkin spice (NO whip) latte and it came out to 260. Exactly how many calories are IN that syrup?!?

I would be addicted to starbucks, but thank god the closest one is a 35minute drive! But of course everytime I do go into the city, I have to get something.

I was addicted to starbucks. Well, still am but now I buy their beans and make their coffee in my press, rather then getting those awesome but so calorie chocked custom drinks. Starbucks is soooo good. Love.

I don't do Starbuck's because their coffee always tastes a little burned, like the beans were roasted a tad too long.

BUT, I live behind (literally!) this fabulous local coffeeshop. OMG. I wake up Saturday mornings and smell their fresh baked muffins, scones, kolaches! And their espresso is to DIE for. They make the best cafe breves, espresso and cream. So very very bad for me but delicious and creamy. If I must have one I try to split it with my husband.

I'm addicted too! I drive past one (a drive thru one, at that!) every day on my way home from the gym! Ahhh it kills me! Every single day I have to make myself keep on driving! I was going to get something this morning (I thought my workout and the dreary rainy day warranted one), but talked myself out of it! I think I am going to have one on Saturday AFTER my WW weigh in though

Hello Melissa! My name is Melissa lol I've stopped drinking any coffee type drinks since I started eating better, because I can't drink coffee unless I have a TON of milk and sugar in it, so I figured might as well just skip it. The funny thing is, I don't even LIKE coffee, I just ended up drinking it all the time at work in the morning because that's just what people do to wake up. Pretty silly of me!

I'm not addicted to starbucks, but I do enjoy it once in a while that's for sure! It used to be a weekly ritual for my best friend and I star bucks and pizza nova, then movie night haha good times.

Hi Melissa.

My name is Madison & I'm addicted to Starbucks. I do the same - plan on not eating something to count it into my calories. I suppose it could be worse - we could add it onto our daily total Today will be trip #3 for me as well because this thread made me want one.

Starbucks/high-calorie coffee drinks in general are one thing that I'm glad I'm NOT addicted to. I definitely have my guilty pleasures, but Starbucks is just one thing I was never sucked into. Some of the drinks sound yummy, but I just can't justify drinking them considering the calories (or price). I'd so much rather eat my calories than drink them, no matter how yummy the drink is. Alcohol is a rare exception, lol.

That said, I make my own froo froo coffee drinks that I think are delicious. I have a Keurig coffee maker, and I love all the fun flavors. So 1 cup flavored k-cup (0 cal) + 1/4 cup skim milk (25ish cal) + 1 tbsp flavored creamer (30 cal) = roughly 50-60 cal for a yummy flavored coffee treat. With all the k-cup flavors and creamer flavors, I can make some pretty creative and delicious coffee drinks. Sometimes I'll even add a squirt of sugar free chocolate syrup and put ice in it for an iced mocha

I am also addicted, it's a horrible horrible thing to be addicted to... caffeine, fat and sugar.
I can't drink watered-down coffee so I need Starbucks, on top of that it's across the street from me.
Iced grande non-fat cocoa cappuccino. Something like 300 calories, and $5.
Is it really worth it? I ask myself every day. Of course it isn't.
But I can't help myself.

I would probably be addicted to Starbucks if I had the disposable income to spend on it. You guys are wealthier than I am!

I work at a cafe similar to starbucks and the syrups are killer. Some sugar free options are available, but contribute to the habit

If you love the drink, there's likely great ways to make it at home. Sanka decaf instant blended with sweetener, milk and ice is delicious!

I am addicted to hazelnut croissants. Seriously.
