I, as well, am addicted to starbucks. I love a tall soy latte, no whip with one splenda. I'm on WW and its not really that many points to get one once a week. Its really bad though, that there are two on my campus, one across the street from my main building and one just a half block away.
I tried to go to a Starbucks a few years back. I asked for a "coffee" and had to bear the shame of having a friend order for me. To this date I still have no idea what to do in that place!
Starbucks actually adds caffeine to their coffee to make it more addictive than the coffee you buy in the grocery store. SCARY. So maybe you really ARE addicted.
I'm so totally addicted to Starbucks...and have been since high school. I used to get the mocha frappucinos and really high calorie drinks, but ever since I discovered the Zen Green Tea....ahhhh it hits the spot everytime! I get my Starbucks fix and it's 0 calories!!! Much cheaper than all the specialty drinks too.
I think I really am addicted. I didn't get any form of coffee today and I've had a killer headache all day. (caffeine withdrawal). I drank a half a cup of coffee and was fine for about an hour. I need to break away from the starbucks!

I have a friend who works at starbucks. Their coffee tastes burnt not only becauase of the added caffine but also becasue they are told to let it roast longer than it should be. This is how they ensure al lthe drinks taste the same from store to store.
I want to get a Keurig. Ive wanted one for awhile....maybe I will get one eventually lol
My husband and I got a Keurig as a wedding present. I dont know if I would have ever bought one otherwise cause I think they're pricey. I like the machine but daing buying the coffee is kinda pricey. Those K-cups that you insert into the machine are at least 10 bucks a box and the box doesnt last very long between the two of us. But it sure is DELICIOUS! )
To the original OP: I was addicted to starbucks too until I moved to a town that has only 1 starbucks instead of one of every corner.
I love coffee (black, please), but I've only had starbucks once, and the one I had wasn't all that great. However, I do enjoy my hot chocolate coffee drink I make at home.
I gave in and went this morning. They were out of Venti cups so I got a grande which was for the best calorie wise. I forgot to ask for no whip cream but the lady remembered me and didn't put it on anyway! How sad they remember me there....
