Yay! I lost three pounds this week! I guess my body was holding onto all that other weight for some reason. This is great---because I am one pound away from getting my reward massage (awwww----yes). It's been long overdue.
After I get that massage, I am going to get another one with a facial when I reach my 10 pound mark. These are great incentives---mostly because they aren't food. And I always feel so beautiful after a massage.
It's nice to know that staying within a calorie range of 1500 and working out 4 times a week does eventually produce results. These weekly weigh-ins are excited and they remind me just how hard I have been trying!
I am finally getting used to eating yogurt most mornings, and I am starting to master eating out without pigging out (a very hard feat). I have started adopting lifestyles that are different and new to me (snack time!).
Well, hopefully by March 23rd, I will have reached that beautiful number 155. Until then, fellow calorie counters and weight loss doers,
