Hey ladies! thanks JLNICHOLS for starting march for us! I am bloated so i am staying away from the scale until after TOM which is coming about the 3rd! lol, anyways.. was 126.8 then 127.4 so ill have a whoosh after TOM and hopefully see 125. something!

Alright ladies, good luck this month! i will be starting turbofire on thursday!

03.01- no weigh in.
03.02-no weigh in.
03.03-128.8 (TOM) staying on plan!
03.04-129.6 (TOM) grr. I hate TOM!
03.05-129.6 (TOM) rings are tight..grr water retention.

This is great for accountability!

End of March Goal = 141

3.1 - 148.5
3.2 - 146.2
3.3 - 144.6
3.4 - 143.7 and I started my period today. In case anyone is wondering (which I doubt they are because I think mostly people pay attention to their own numbers ) I have still been netting around 1400 or so calories a day, I just drastically cut my sugars. Halved them at LEAST. (Am limiting myself to 30 g.) Thus taking me from average splits of proteins, calories, and fats, to low-carb. I also cut out the majority of processed foods.
3.5 - 143.1
3.6 - 142.2 - Okay, I'm starting to get worried here.. unless this is ALL bloat. I have lost inches as well. It's got to plateau at some point.
3.7 - 142.2 - 1.2 - Whew! Jinxed myself, but I knew the good results were bound to stop any day now. :P Off my period as well. Now I hope I can lose weight again, just at a slower, steadier pace! I did everything the exact same yesterday as I have been.
3.8 - 141.8 - .8
3.9 - 141.3 - .3
3.10 - 141.1 - .1!
3.11 - Didn't get a chance to weigh in. Was in a crazy rush this morning!
3.12 - 141.8 - and yesterday was day one of 3DS. I expected to retain water. I've actually been more comfortable with where my weight is on the scale; I've been wanting to focus more on losing inches and I think the program will do just that. Weight would be extra gravy to me. I have breasts and I'm just not used to being under the mid 130s, maximum!
3.13 - 141.3 -.3

3.15 - 141.8 - .8 - Boo! Doing everything the same, just been through 4 days of the 30DS. I'm way excited because I've already lost inches. I'd love for that to be reflected on the scale but I know I'm just trading fat out for muscle. Bring it on, shred! May not make my St. Patty's Day goal now though. (141)
3.16 - 141.3 - .3 - Don't think I'm going to make it, but I lost an inch from my waist and a half-inch from my abdominals this morning so I'll deal!
3.17 - 141.1 - .1 - JUST missed it! I'm not even disappointed at all because my body composition is looking a ton better these days.
3.18 - 140.7 - Yay! - I would like to be 140 by the end of March. - .7
3.19 - 141.1 - 1.1 - I expected this because I ate a big salad at O'Charley's last night, putting me more at maintenance level. I'm just planning to eat a little less today and maybe tomorrow to make up for it.. or I might go on a bike ride.
3.20 - 140.7 - .7
3.21 - 140! Hit the goal.. we'll see how it holds up tomorrow.
3.22 - 139.6 : )
3.23 - 140.2 - Not surprised whatsoever as I'm up earlier than usual and haven't been to the bathroom yet. That should be the case for the next 3 days though, so we'll see what happens.
3.24 - 139.6
3.25 - Didn't get to weigh in this morning.. tomorrow!
3.26 - Weird how I keep having the same fluctuations.. won't be able to weigh in tomorrow since I'll be out of town, see you Monday!
3.27 - Out of town, no weigh-in.
3.28 - Ugh! I had to get up early this morning to exercise and forgot.
3.29 - 141ish - I am baffled by this! I expected to see like, 138. I know what's causing it, though. Ever since I started eating Kashi cereal my fiber intake has been doubled and it's seriously messed my bowels up. I might have to cut back on it some to give my body a chance to catch up.
3.30 - Same as yesterday. I don't feel as backed up but I also didn't get a chance to exercise yesterday because I'm sick sick. And I went 100 calories over so I guess I should be glad I didn't gain, especially since I'm starting my period in a couple of days.
3.31 - 139.6

No way! I cant believe it is already march... lol.

I'm not really going to set a "Goal weight for the month" because from my past experience if I dont make that then I will be discouraged and quit (its weird but I want to try something different this time) I'm just going to use this as a way to track this month.
