Easter Challenge
Hey guys! I wanted to start an Easter challenge because I didn't see one :) Challenges keep me accountable so who is in? There are 10 weeks till Easter!:D
SW:210 GW:190 That's 2 pounds week! :) I picked a weigh in day since it was requested by some people. Sundays are the day! Here is the link to the spreadsheet to put your weight. https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?...thkey=CJunyLUH Feel free to edit it and make it fancy =P If you don't know how to add your name just comment on the thread and I will add you! |
I'm game. My problem is that I am from New Orleans and before Easter is Mardi Gras. So I will probably be partaking in some adult beverages that might sabotage my Easter Challenge.
|
I'm in!
I think I could do 15 pounds by then! So.... Now: 175 Easter: 160! That would be exciting! |
Awesome I'm excited!
Catahoula- You can do it! Don't give in!!! :) |
I want to be 140 by easter! Thanks for making this!
|
I'll try! I wanna get down to 108 by Easter. Lowest I've ever been in 2 years!
|
I'll join in! Kind of like updating my weight places haha. Going to set kind of a big-ish goal for me, as I know I'm losing slowly it might not be possible...but I'll set it anyway and try to get as close as I can!
SW February 16: 64kg / 141 lbs GW April 22: 58kg / 127.8 lbs Just over 13 pounds, 6 kilograms...definitely not a definite, but a possibility anyway. |
I'm in!
My starting weight is 132lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs. I love challenges! |
Ooh...I'm in :)
SW: 196 GW: 185 |
We can do it!! :)
I'm so sore today so no workout! My weight is up a bit I think because TOM is coming up and from the kettlebell workout yesterday. Hope it goes down! |
Totally in.
SW: 232 CW: 220 GW: 199 21 pounds over about 10 weeks. It may be a little bit aggressive, but man would it be something to be in onederland by the end of April! |
Im in! I think Im going to shoot for 250! Currently, as of this morning, I am 267.4.
|
Oh! I am so in!!!
SW: 154 GW: 136 (normal BMI) 18lbs! I can do this!!!! |
I want to be at least 165 by then!
|
How often will we report/weigh in?
|
I'm in!
SW: 194.2 (88.1 kg) GW: 184 (83.5 kg) |
I'm in!! I'd be SOO happy if I could get down to a "normal" bmi for Easter... That's almost 20 pounds, so I might not quite make it, but I'm sure I'll get close.
SW - 178.6 GW - 160 |
I'm in I'm gonna shoot for 20lbs I know its a big goal but I've gotta get back in my nice clothes. I have nothing to wear that fits!
I think we should weigh in once a week for a progress update :) Lets stick to this ladies!!! Catahoula - Mardi Gras isn't that long and don't feel guilty for a little indulgence its only once a year! Just don't go overboard you'll be gravy!! :) |
Okay guys! I set weigh in for Sundays! I figured that was a good day since Easter is on a sunday!
I also made a spreadsheet. Feel free to make it fancy and what not! I'm not good with them =P Here is the link: https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?...thkey=CJunyLUH I'm also adding the link to the original post! |
I'm in! But I think I'm only going to shoot for 10 pounds. So my starting weight is 165 and my goal is 155.
|
OOH I like the spreadsheet idea! Although...with me not being good with technology, when I type in my weight each week, does it automatically save or do i have to do something fancy? Sorry for being clueless!
|
Cat86- It should save for you!
|
How cool is that spreadsheet! That is such an awesome idea. :) And I had the same question, Cat, so at least some one else is clueless too.
|
Excellent with the spreadsheet! I usually don't get on 3FC on Sundays..but I will update it first thing Monday morning with Sunday's weight.
|
My easter goal is going to be 130...I'm sure the lower my weight gets the harder it's going to be to lose the weight. So..
SW: 144 GW" 130 |
Cat - You probably have to click File -> Save to save your changes
EDIT: Nevermind, just tried it, and you apparently don't have to click save. That's cool! |
I made sure to set it to save on its own :)
|
Wow, thanks for making that spreadsheet. That is such a great idea.
|
I would love to lose 15 pounds by then! I'm trying to be realistic, but we'll see!
So SW: 187 GW: 172 |
I'm in!! I'd like to get to 158. I'll be in CA for a week in March so I'm sure that will set me back 5 or so pounds. I plan on eating some amazing Mexican food!!
SW: 171 GW: 158 |
Love this.
I'm 150, hoping to reach 135 by Easter. That will bring me to my lowest weight EVER in adulthood. |
Ooo I'm so in on this
SW-189.6 GW-171 LETS DO THIS! |
I am in.
SW 209 GW 190 ( What I weighed my senior year of high school physical.) 19 pounds. I can do this. |

Princess of the KING: You are so awesome! Thanks for making a spread sheet for us! |
So, can I just say that I have been dying for it to be Sunday so that I can put something on that spreadsheet? No idea why it makes me so excited, but it most certainly does.
|
I'd like to play, too!
I'm currently 250 I'd like to be 230 by Easter That was my normal weight through my early 20's. I don't know how to do the spreadsheet but I'll try! ETA: I think I did it properly. |

I'm so excited about weighing in tomorrow! I think it's the spreadsheet...
|
I'm in too! I added my name...hope I did it right.
|
How about I sweeten the challenge? I make cute little homemade totebags (perfect for reusable grocery bags or just your average tote) and I will make and send one to the person who loses the most % of fat. I make them for fun as I learn to sew...so I could use an excuse to make another one!
So, ten people might lose 20 pounds, but whoever loses the most % based on their starting weight. So someone weighing 180 losing 20 pounds lost 11.1%, more % than someone weighing 200 losing 20 who lost 10%....get it? I will figure % at the end of the challenge and send a tote bag to the winner! :-) PS.
