So this week I'm down 0.8, but I also went out for drinks with friends both friday and saturday - drinks always mess up my loss....

SW: 194.2 (88.1 kg)

CW: 191.5 (86.9)

GW: 184 (83.5 kg)

I put my weight in a day late...oops! I went for a run this morning- 3 miles! Woot! I walked some of it but all that matters is that i did it!

I weighed my self yesterday but my internet was down:( so I posted today, down a little over a pound could have been more but I was not so perfect this week and I added yogurt to my diet, good for the system, extra calories kinda suck but hey I'd rather be healthy inside and out! I read that women who add yogurt to their diet lose more belly fat than those without. Now I know you can't spot train but there is something about the bacteria in yogurt that targets that really bad belly fat!

emilyszinaka, that's so interesting about the yogurt, I start everyday with yogurt and special K (banana too when I have some in) and the weight is falling off my belly SO much faster than anywhere else, so maybe there's so truth in it!

Does anyone know the magic food for bums and thighs?! Can't wait until I start losing loads from these areas!

I am? haha I feel like such a slow loser! I go up and down all the time! My big loss this week was mainly water weight. I'm hoping for a 1 or 2 pound loss this week but the scale looks to be going up...we will see! I need to eat more calories now that I'm working out. Its so hard! (never thought I would say that)

I decided that I'm cutting sugar out for lent. It will be so hard but I know it will help me so much. I'm not dedicated enough to do it on my own so leaving myself accountable to God should help me out some :)

I'm so ready for Sunday! I had a couple whooshes & I wanna put a great number in! I stalled for 2 weeks at 169, had a gorge day to kick-start my body, & have lost 5.6lbs since Friday. Obviously, it's not all true weight, but you have to lose the water weight to lose fat. I'm hoping for 166 by Sunday, but that might be a very lofty goal :)

I'm down about a pound from Sunday, so I'm hoping to get a good whoosh in by next weigh in. I'm happy with the 1 pound though, because Monday I was up from where I was Sunday, so at least I'm going back in the right direction!

Another one hoping and praying for a decent number come Sunday! Had a great workout tonight, and a great dinner, this coupled with a great day tomorrow (no Saturday treats, and my own style 'last chance' workout) will hopefully see me making a dent in my big target! I need to be hard on myself to make up for the horrible lapses on Weds n Thurs. I've gotta learn how to stay on track for a whole week, and then the numbers will be far bigger!

I NEED to see this weight start moving before my UK return in 5 and a half weeks, come on!

Finally, a decent loss! 3.3lb down this week (with a 24 hour slip in the middle of the week, yippee!) Worked hard for it, so it's great to see the results!

7 weeks to go and 12.9 lb to lose. I hope I can keep it up and meet my target!

Boo! :( I was so ridiculous this week... and I dont know why- I'm going to Europe this week & I think I'm just sabotaging trying to look good in anything! Anyways, I ate out just about every day this week- didnt stay within my calories AT ALL! Wow.. I need to get with it... I'm hoping when I get back from my trip I'll go back to normal!

im so nervouse to weigh in... i stayed at exactly 146.8 for 4 days straight!! It got to me and I binged. A pretty good binge too. :( Just for a day (and maybe a little today too) but I know I screwed up.. I let it get to me. Not good. Ugh, I'm not looking foreward to that scale.
I'll just say ahead of time... I promise I'll do better for next week.

Well I had a good week. Down to 169.4...so down 2.6 pounds from last week! Hello 160s!

*I also go to a weight loss center, so I don't change my signature until I hit that weight at their weekly weigh ins...which is why my siggy still says 170*

295.2 so down 4.6 lbs total this week and 1 pound from when I had to weight myself on tues! hehe. That is nt bad considering I had carbs and well..cheesecake since tues.
