I'm struggling this week, REALLY hoping to be under 90KG on Sunday so I get my motivation back. So tired and hot and finding exercising really hard. Managed to avoid any 'bad' eating this far, but it's getting harder by the day to do that too. Hoping I can follow my user name on here, and stay in control.
7 weeks today until I go home to the UK, I need to keep at this, I'm not quitting now. No way. |
I went in and prettied it up yesterday, and I think the spreadsheet liked that and stopped accusing me of dropping 13 pounds lol.

I have dropped 3 of the 6 pounds I had gained. I hate water weight haha.

i'm in i think that i should be able to get down to 164 by then 16 pound seems reasoable to me! so 164 i will official weigh less than my DH my main march gaol is to meet my mini goal one and i'm only 6 pounds away!!!!!!

I've kind of stalled :?: I've been stuck around 176/177 for the past week. I've never stalled before, so I'm reaaaally frustrated! I know a week's not that long, but at this point it feels like forever.
Grr... if I'm still stuck here this weekend, I think I'll take a week off from weighing. (I don't know if I have that kind of will power, but maybe I'll get my boyfriend to hide the scale from me...) |
Made a mistake yesterday...had biscuits and gravy and yep, gained a pound. Sigh, hoping to see a loss tomorrow.

145 would be wonderful, but I'll start with baby steps. XD For those who've stalled & gained ~ don't worry about it! Just keep doing everything right, and you'll see the loss. I gained a pound this past weekend, due to going out every day & not eating right...I'm trying not to let it affect me, but I was a little disgusted myself when I stepped on the scale. Edit: I am actually 159 now, but refuse to move everything back, so I can force myself to lose the weight I gained this month. :( |
I am going out of town tomorrow until Monday morning, so I weighed this morning..and am updating my line on the spreadsheet. Hello 172! :-) Down 2 pounds!

Yeah, the holiday weekend stalled everyone. On President's Day, my friend really wanted to go to Five Guys Burger and Fries. Talk about a gut buster. Everything they have is over 500 calories. A large order of fries is like 1,400! The night before, I baked cookies and went crazy eating them and had shrimp po'boy and more fries for dinner. I'm happy to be sitting pretty at my Sunday weight today 151. Hopefully I can get a little bit of a loss in the next 3 days!

Atarimae - you were right :) I spoke too soon, because this morning I was 175.6!
Only .4 under 176, but I was so sick of seeing a 6,7, and 8, that 175.anything was awesome to see. I've got about 15 pounds left to my challenge goal, about 8 weeks (I think?)... I think I can do 2 pounds a week. |

takingcontrol...thats awesome! I love the UK I had a blast when I went. What part of the country are you in? I have friends in blackpool and up in scotland bout an hr north of glasgow. You can do it for sure! in general your restaurants are healthier there than ours here because of your stricter FDA standards. Just keep on coming on here with us and you will do great!

My old scale here at my 'rents' house has finally goobed out I think. It told me 216 this morning like four times in a row, but it also told me 220 and then 223. :eek: So, I'm not gonna put anything in until I can get back to my scale at my apartment and weigh-in tomorrow morning.
I have done sooo badly this week. It's been TOM, so I've felt like a human garbage disposal. Eck. I guess we'll see how it looks tomorrow. |
I lost 1.5lb this week, I'm not happy how it's all started going wrong since I signed up for this challenge! I'm really hoping to get back on it tomorrow, and keep on it for a solid six weeks until I leave Thailand, and then once back in the UK it'll all (hopefully!) get a lot easier.
To make matters worse, I weighed in this morning, and since then have had friends round for a birthday bbq which involved the naughtiest homemade cheesecake ever for pudding, and I ate so much of it, I feel sick, why do i do that to myself?! The positive I'm taking from that though is that the 'old' me who ate far too much every meal, everyday, would not be feeling ill from the portion I had, it'd have just been normal. So, at least my body is changing and not enjoying overeating anymore. |

Well I did awesome keeping track of & staying under my calories all week, then last night I went out to eat (unexpectedly of course!) and went way over! Grrr! So sodium & that big meal may have negatively effected my weight. ANYWAYS, back on today :)

I am so mad! I cleaned all yesterday and indulged in some pizza and a coke. I stayed within my calorie range, but had waaaaaaaaaaaay too much sodium. So, this morning I feel all bloated and my stupid scale was up .8lbs. I really hated putting that number into the spread sheet! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

tropica - me too!!! I worked out, ate well except for lunch I had one piece of pizza, and I gained!!! I updated the spreadsheet yesterday because I didn't think I was going to be able to weigh in today, so I'm really dreading changing it today :( I'm going to weigh in again later today to see if it was just a fluke (fingers crossed)

I saved calories and indulged last night, too... big mistake. I weighed in yesterday, because I "knew" I wouldn't have time this morning before work. Well, I did have time. And I gained. I'm not going to change the spreadsheet because I was so mad that I didn't look at the exact number and I'm hoping the gross food I ate just hasn't made its way through my system yet. Also, I'm going to use this as extra motivation to do better this week and make sure I get under the number I logged yesterday!

SweetPeach: I almost put yesterday's down...but then I thought, well that's not fair, life happens and this morning I'm up :P. But maybe I'll weigh again today and move it down??? I'm definitely going to use this as motivation as well!! However, my family is coming down on Friday and I know it's going to be tough to keep op. I just hope I'm not up next week too!!! |

Stayed the same as last week....but considering I traveled and didn't really worry about food, I am very happy with the fact that I maintained.

Weighed again :( lost .2lbs from this morning...isn't very helpful, but it's better I guess.

After a couple of all over the place weeks, I'm well and truly focused again now, and looking forward to seeing real progress throughout the next six weeks and beyond :)

Re-did my weigh in and it was 185.6. That is still 2.2 pounds up from Saturday when I originally logged for this week. This is definitely teaching me the effects of practically binging on cravings! But I guess it is still a 1.1 pound loss from last week :)

I would like to join you ladies. We have 8 weeks or so left and I am worried about making it through these next 10 lbs so I want to go a little easy on my expectations. I would really like to be at 160 by Easter. I will do my official weigh in tomorrow and might adjust accordingly but 158-160 would be wonderful!
