its now 9 weeks away so i would like to loose around a lb a week so ill so 10 (round it up lol)
currently (209lbs) (14 st 13lb)
by easter (199lbs) (14 st 3lbs)
ooh that would be a good one cause i'd be underr 200lbs also :D:carrot::carrot:

Well I did awesome keeping track of & staying under my calories all week, then last night I went out to eat (unexpectedly of course!) and went way over! Grrr! So sodium & that big meal may have negatively effected my weight. ANYWAYS, back on today :)
Starting weight 212.8
Last week 212.8
Todays weigh in 210.8 (-2lbs)
Easter goal: 199

I am so mad! I cleaned all yesterday and indulged in some pizza and a coke. I stayed within my calorie range, but had waaaaaaaaaaaay too much sodium. So, this morning I feel all bloated and my stupid scale was up .8lbs. I really hated putting that number into the spread sheet! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

tropica - me too!!! I worked out, ate well except for lunch I had one piece of pizza, and I gained!!! I updated the spreadsheet yesterday because I didn't think I was going to be able to weigh in today, so I'm really dreading changing it today :( I'm going to weigh in again later today to see if it was just a fluke (fingers crossed)

I saved calories and indulged last night, too... big mistake. I weighed in yesterday, because I "knew" I wouldn't have time this morning before work. Well, I did have time. And I gained. I'm not going to change the spreadsheet because I was so mad that I didn't look at the exact number and I'm hoping the gross food I ate just hasn't made its way through my system yet. Also, I'm going to use this as extra motivation to do better this week and make sure I get under the number I logged yesterday!

mdchick: I might try to weigh in again today too.

SweetPeach: I almost put yesterday's down...but then I thought, well that's not fair, life happens and this morning I'm up :P. But maybe I'll weigh again today and move it down??? I'm definitely going to use this as motivation as well!! However, my family is coming down on Friday and I know it's going to be tough to keep op. I just hope I'm not up next week too!!!

Stayed the same as last week....but considering I traveled and didn't really worry about food, I am very happy with the fact that I maintained.

After a couple of all over the place weeks, I'm well and truly focused again now, and looking forward to seeing real progress throughout the next six weeks and beyond :)

I hope this week is good for all of us disappointed at recent scale readings

Re-did my weigh in and it was 185.6. That is still 2.2 pounds up from Saturday when I originally logged for this week. This is definitely teaching me the effects of practically binging on cravings! But I guess it is still a 1.1 pound loss from last week :)

I would like to join you ladies. We have 8 weeks or so left and I am worried about making it through these next 10 lbs so I want to go a little easy on my expectations. I would really like to be at 160 by Easter. I will do my official weigh in tomorrow and might adjust accordingly but 158-160 would be wonderful!
