Finally, a decent loss! 3.3lb down this week (with a 24 hour slip in the middle of the week, yippee!) Worked hard for it, so it's great to see the results!

Boo! :( I was so ridiculous this week... and I dont know why- I'm going to Europe this week & I think I'm just sabotaging trying to look good in anything! Anyways, I ate out just about every day this week- didnt stay within my calories AT ALL! Wow.. I need to get with it... I'm hoping when I get back from my trip I'll go back to normal!

im so nervouse to weigh in... i stayed at exactly 146.8 for 4 days straight!! It got to me and I binged. A pretty good binge too. :( Just for a day (and maybe a little today too) but I know I screwed up.. I let it get to me. Not good. Ugh, I'm not looking foreward to that scale.
I'll just say ahead of time... I promise I'll do better for next week. Few, there i said it. |

Well I had a good week. Down to 169.4...so down 2.6 pounds from last week! Hello 160s!
*I also go to a weight loss center, so I don't change my signature until I hit that weight at their weekly weigh ins...which is why my siggy still says 170* |

295.2 so down 4.6 lbs total this week and 1 pound from when I had to weight myself on tues! hehe. That is nt bad considering I had carbs and well..cheesecake since tues.

Oh man I am doing terribly. I feel like I'm plateauing and I know why it could be...but I'm also kind of unsure about it as well.

As for me, +.8 pounds. I knew I was up... it was my own fault. I just don't know why I plateaued so quickly. I let it discourage me, but I'm going to try to not let it happen again. |
Havent been doing well. Since i wasnt able to exercise for 3 wks i gained back 5lbs booo but today is a new start!
3/6- 200lbs 3/13- 3/20- 3/27- 4/3- 4/10- 4/17- 4/24-GOAL 188LBS...HOPEFULLY! |
I was so nervous to weigh-in... 186.3 was the number, which was a 0.7 lb gain from last week, but I thought it was going to be much worse than that. I don't think I'm too discouraged and I had fun for my birthday. I just know that I need to change my habits when it comes to having fun and I haven't made it there yet.

Good thing weigh in was yesterday because Im up today lol! Hoping the scale goes in the other direction tomorrow . . . .
