WHenever I check in on the spreadsheet, it says I have lost 13 pounds. Though that would be awesome, it would also be a miracle. I wonder why that keeps happening?

Ishi... what was your weight on weigh day? Someone can fix it for you. Lol... soon enough that 13 pounds will be gone!!

I added my information to the spreadsheet! :) *not quite sure I did it right as it didnt automatically calculate how much I had left to loose, I entered it in there, if someone more excel literate than myself could check this?* My starting weight is 212.8 & my goal weight will be 199.0!! We can do this ladies!!! |

I'm struggling this week, REALLY hoping to be under 90KG on Sunday so I get my motivation back. So tired and hot and finding exercising really hard. Managed to avoid any 'bad' eating this far, but it's getting harder by the day to do that too. Hoping I can follow my user name on here, and stay in control.
7 weeks today until I go home to the UK, I need to keep at this, I'm not quitting now. No way. |
I went in and prettied it up yesterday, and I think the spreadsheet liked that and stopped accusing me of dropping 13 pounds lol.

I have dropped 3 of the 6 pounds I had gained. I hate water weight haha.

i'm in i think that i should be able to get down to 164 by then 16 pound seems reasoable to me! so 164 i will official weigh less than my DH my main march gaol is to meet my mini goal one and i'm only 6 pounds away!!!!!!

I've kind of stalled :?: I've been stuck around 176/177 for the past week. I've never stalled before, so I'm reaaaally frustrated! I know a week's not that long, but at this point it feels like forever.
Grr... if I'm still stuck here this weekend, I think I'll take a week off from weighing. (I don't know if I have that kind of will power, but maybe I'll get my boyfriend to hide the scale from me...) |
Made a mistake yesterday...had biscuits and gravy and yep, gained a pound. Sigh, hoping to see a loss tomorrow.

Am I too late to join? Even if I am, I'll start up now anyway! Hehe, well my goal by Easter is anything below 150!
145 would be wonderful, but I'll start with baby steps. XD For those who've stalled & gained ~ don't worry about it! Just keep doing everything right, and you'll see the loss. I gained a pound this past weekend, due to going out every day & not eating right...I'm trying not to let it affect me, but I was a little disgusted myself when I stepped on the scale. Edit: I am actually 159 now, but refuse to move everything back, so I can force myself to lose the weight I gained this month. :( |
I am going out of town tomorrow until Monday morning, so I weighed this morning..and am updating my line on the spreadsheet. Hello 172! :-) Down 2 pounds!
