i take one a day active metabolism. i would get a little queasy sometimes if i took them in the morning, but i just take them at lunchtime now. that might help, if you're eating a fuller meal.
edit- lunch for me is usually something like soup (lentil, black bean) with some rice; a veggie burger on low cal bun w/ a salad or raw veggies; tuna sandwich with veggies on the side, and some kind of fruit.
