Hey ladies. Well, I did my week 2 weigh in today and I'm very dissapointed. I actually gained 0.2 lbs since my last weigh in. I ate pretty well this whole week, staying between 1300-1400 calories, and I walked/ran 2 days. I don't know if my body is just trying to get used to me eating way less than I normally do because I have never been on a diet before. I am going to just keep trying and not get too discouraged.
Good job to everyone who has been losing weight- keep up the good work!!
Shasha- I'm hanging in there. The loss is SLLOWWWW as usual! Sometimes I wish I weighed more so I could see faster/more loss! I saw 147 this morning. Now I just need to get back to 146! I've missed having you around! Real life has been insane for me too, but since I sit at a desk most of the day I get to check in a lot
fromthebox, how steady is the weight coming off at that cal level? i don’t know if an office job qualifies you for very sedentary, but then again it might. but i think most people have an office/sitting job and then go home and sit as well. is that your assessment, or have you described your lifestyle to a professional who has told you that’s where your cals should be bc you are sedentary? just wondering! thanks for the details! good lck w your official WI today!
jellybelly, that’s actually why i choose to weigh daily (although this week i’ve been lazy. i saw 146 on weds and haven’t weighed since!), there are day-to-day fluctuations in weight and your body doesn’t adhere to weigh in day, so there’s a chance what the scale read isn’t really where your body is right now. orrrr, your body could be getting ready for a whoosh. either way, try not to get discouraged if you’re doing everything right, the weight has to come off!
linds, glad you’re back within range of the elusive 146 i’m with you (we’re kind of terrible for this)! i have many a time wished i was bigger so weight loss would go faster! i’m also constantly annoyed by people already at goal who are able to just maintain. i can maintain fine, i’m doing it right now! Haha! i’m hoping these hardcore workouts that i’m enduring (so sore right now) will help speed the fat along. get off of me, last 16 pounds!
jellybelly- don't get discouraged! i'm sure even though you haven't lost weight, you've lost inches. I encourage you to take your measurements because the closer you are to a healthy weight range, the harder it is for your body to get rid of any weight.

This morning I weighed in at 157.0 (Hoping to see 156 tomorrow but who knows! TOM is here and playing tricks on me and I start some new BC pills Thursday **Fingers crossed that they work well!**
Linds: I was looking threw the 20's photo thread and I came across your picture...I can't believe that I'm 10 lbs heavier then you. You are sooo tinyyy ..Granted we probably have two different body frames but I hope that when I lose this next 10 lbs that I'm close to your size! I'm so jealous! lol

I am at work on a Sunday, it's just after 2pm, and I'm looking enviously out the door at the sunshine and blue skies. I finish at 4pm, so I'm ready to get out there!
JL- you are FAR too kind! You totally made my night! I carry all of my weight in my butt, hips, thighs. It is weird, but I've always been that way. It wasn't until I was near my highest weight that my tummy started to get jiggly/flabby. I can't wait to see your updated pics! Your progress is unreal. How are things going since the start of school?
Linds: Luckily thing are going really good. Although I've put housework on the back burner when it comes to my taking care of the kids, my homework and workouts lol. I will probably post some updated pictures once I hit my Valentine's Day goal!
Ok so I'm completely and 100% shocked. I know oddly that I lose alot of weight during my TOM. Before it starts I'm bloated and then it starts dropping during it. But this morning I weighed myself and I'm at 155.8 ..Almost halfway through the 150's when it seems like I just got in the 150's. I am so happy. But even happier that I'm almost to being in the 140's decade. I didn't auctually think my body would let me get this low but now that it's starting to get closer and closer to my initial goal weight once I start 3FC...I have been thinking about making some changes to it. I want to auctually get down to 140 before I change it so I can evaulate some stuff..such as what my stomach lookls like, what size pants I'm in and such. And 140 is still and unhealthy BMI weight for my height. But I guess as I get closer I will be looking more and more into changing it!

I weighed this morning, and I’m up to 147.6 TOM is looming, i’m sore, etc (all those lovely excuses) but stiiiiiilllllll. Argh. I just feel like I’m getting nowhere. Going to start weighing in daily again.
Hi I'm new here to 3fc. I started january 1st. Started in the upper 150's and now I'm in the lower 150's! I've been reading all of your threads and posts and you are all such an inspiration to me and thousands of other women. Keep up the good work!! I'm hopefully going to see the success that you are all seeing.
I weighed in at 146.8 this morning, a tiny bit up but it was expected since I did some weight training last night. Today is my rest day and MAN am I craving today >.< So far so good on diet, hopefully I can resist tonights challenge...I heard talk of pizza!
