Brit I think workouts make the scale go all wonky. Not only are you gaining more muscle mass over time, but you retain water and bloat after exercising because of the repair process your muscles are going through. If you actually take a break for a couple of days, you might see that woosh you're hoping for. Also remember to take your measurements too, you could be dropping inches and not weight.

147.5 today. Crossing my fingers and hoping it, at the very least, stays that way until official weigh in day at the end of the week. Also got my PALA in the mail yesterday! It's just a silly piece of paper and obviously I know I did it because I did all the tracking on the website haha, but it's nice to have. Working on the Presidental Champions Bronze Award next.
