Weigh in today... only lost about a pound in a week I guess its better than not losing anything, or gaining. 150.2. I just can't wait to see the 140's!!

shasha Yay for your NSVs! I am totally craving icecream but don't think I'll be able to fit in into todays calories haha.

~Sorry I only did a couple of personals, my brain is not working and I can't flick back through the pages easily as internet is so slow at work!
Steady at 146.5 / 66.4kg, which I'm really happy about, especially after yesterday's 2180 calorie day (845 calories of which came from alcohol..oops haha).

Kristen, at a pound a week you will 100% reach your goal, and that's what really matters. There is nothing unhealthy about slow weight loss! You should still feel great about it. Especially since you're starting from a pretty healthy weight--weight loss gets harder the less you have to lose, so you're doing awesome. :]

Rainbow, ugh!! If I counted calories when I drank, I would never forgive myself. Luckily I only drink every couple months!

155.8 today!! Woah. Thinking it must be dehydration, drank a lot of water today, we'll see how it is tomorrow.

Hey Everyone. I have so much cleaning to do today and then school tomorrow. Busy-Busy-Busy! And as much as I love the hubby being off work today ...its makes me getting things done come at a much slower pace! LOL.
This morning I got on the scale and weighed in at 153.8! That is 2 lbs lost this week. So I'm not going to complain..in fact that makes me really happy! I think for exercise today I might try some sort of AB workout. Anyone know of any good ones?

OMG!!! Linds, I’m 144.8 today too!!!!! I’m so excited!! I have less than 15 to go till I hit goal!! AND 1.8 more pounds till 143, which is officially 30 pounds lost! ahhhh!

JLN, planks!! They are 100% the best at building your abs (and they won't hurt your neck/back, either). You can google them to find a bunch of variations and stuff!

155.8 today! So if I was dehydrated, I lost a bit of weight yesterday. Who knows! As long as it doesn't go up too much. I have to remember to keep drinking water.

You're right, anything is better than nothing. I jumped on the scale today out of curiosity and it read 149.6!! WOO! I made the 140's!

ok so ive been eating at a low calorie range, working out DAILY..sometimes even 2x a day and as a result on weigh in day, i'm up 3lbs?! i know its probably water retention or somthin but geez..i was 1lb away from goal! oh unexpected woosh..where art thou?

Kristen81985 Never be sad about "only" losing a pound in a week! You lost a whole pound this week, and that's great. However long it takes you to lose the weight, you've still lost it! And yay for reaching the 140s!

shasha12 Awesome NSVs the other day! You are doing such an awesome job. And haha, you and Linds seriously are twins, that's adorbs.

Brit I think workouts make the scale go all wonky. Not only are you gaining more muscle mass over time, but you retain water and bloat after exercising because of the repair process your muscles are going through. If you actually take a break for a couple of days, you might see that woosh you're hoping for. Also remember to take your measurements too, you could be dropping inches and not weight.

147.5 today. Crossing my fingers and hoping it, at the very least, stays that way until official weigh in day at the end of the week. Also got my PALA in the mail yesterday! It's just a silly piece of paper and obviously I know I did it because I did all the tracking on the website haha, but it's nice to have. Working on the Presidental Champions Bronze Award next.
