Mine does too!

Today I'm at 210.5, yesterday I was 209.5 and a couple days before that I was 212.5 so I'm all over the place as well.

Since I started weighing myself almost every day, I've noticed that my weight fluctuates a lot, depending on how much water, alcohol, or sodium I've been consuming. And of course, TOM has a huge influence on my weight. Sometimes it just doesn't make sense!

So don't fret about it too much. It helps to log your weight every time you weigh yourself and make a graph out of it, so even with all the fluctuations you can see general trends.

For example, here's my weight in January:

As you can see, it's not perfect, but for the most part, I'm losing weight, which is all that matters.

My last attempt at this was even more wacky (it also took much longer):

Woo, down another 1lb. Not much, but slow and steady wins the race and this week hasn't been the most productive. Hoping for a bigger number next week. Feel I can change my stats now

Default Tired of that 2

I have been around 203 for a couple of weeks now. I really would like to see that "1" before the other two digits. Sadly, I think I have hit a plateau right before the big switch. I am still working at it though.

The other day my scale was messed up and said "197" but since I didn't believe it I tried again and it said "206."

I'm hoping to be finally out of the 200's by Valentine's Day and I'm super excited! I haven't been a resident of Onederland since I was a teenager.

I want out! I was hoping to reach 199 by Valentines Day, but Im getting a little discouraged...I'm losing inches, but the sale isn't changing. I'll get to onederland eventually.

I know how you feel about this I've lost like 2 inches in my waist and 3 in my hips but the scale is moving sooooooooo slowly i've lost like 2 pounds in a little more than a month. But hey inches are more important than pounds

I completely agree with this. I just want to look and feel comfortable, to be content with what I see in the mirror. I think that losing inches has a lot more to do with that than a number on a scale.

I feel like I shouldn't even be happy that the scale said 224 today. i'm really slacking at the working out and all. Now I'm off to the Doctors and I know what they will say.....

I've been so lazy this week and the scale is definitely showing it. I have had no motivation at all. Though I don't feel as bad as I did before. My friend mentioned that since I am still breastfeeding that is probably why I feel like I want to eat all the time. Just going to take small steps for now until that is done and try not to get so upset when I am not going as quickly as I want. I will be out of the 200's eventually, just not tomorrow.
