Good thing I didn't rush into the 190s thread as soon as I hit 199 because I'm struggling to stay in the 190s.
My dad had a stroke this week and I haven't be concentrating on anything to do with weight loss, plus it's TOM. I'm weighing in tomorrow and I'm predicting that I'll be somewhere around 201 because I've been weighing in at 200-202 all week. Not once did I see 199!
I'll be getting back on track with my exercising and paying attention to calories next week. Hopefully by then I'll be on my way out of the 200s again and can stay there!
