Sounds like you're losing fat and gaining muscle, which always weighs more than fat, and would explain why you're losing inches but not pounds. So keep up what you're doing. It's obviously working!

taragettingthin, Congrats! So did I! I weighed 198 this morning, but like you I don't consider myself officially in Onederland because my weight can change so quickly and I don't officially weigh in until Sunday. If I'm still in Onederland then, then I'll be more confident that I'm solidly in Onederland.

Northern Belle My official weigh-in is Monday but since today was my day 30 of P90, I weighed myself in the morning today. I was 200.4 on Monday... and 199.4 today... so I will also wait till Monday to see if I'm still in Onederland or even lower... to make it official.

I have a while to go before I'm out of the 200s, but I'll be happy to be under 200 again (hopefully by the end of this year, since I'm trying to lose 1 lb/week). That was my freshman year of high school or so weight, and I just remember being like 190 pounds vowing never to cross 200. It's scary to have hit over 250 and thinking back to that day when I was crying in the shower because I was so out of control of my weight.

Target & Northern Belle - ah so close! I hope you'll both be solidly in Onederland by your next official weigh ins

My official weigh day was yesterday and I hit 203! 4 more pounds!!! I lost 2 pounds last week so hopefully there will be 2 more weeks until i hit Onederland!!

I am sooooooooo close! I was 212 on 1/27. Today, 2/2. . . I am 200 pounds! Almost out of the 200's . . . this is a fabulous start!

Way to go everyone on your weight-loss journeys! It is so inspiring and I can't wait to join you all on the journey to get out of the 200s... However, I currently have 10 more weeks of growing a baby in my belly, so I can't start just yet. I am hoping to gain no more than 10lbs in these last 10 weeks, so I guess you could say that I have a mini goal! I weigh myself every Sunday morning to be sure I'm not "letting myself go" and last Sunday I was at 226.6 I can't wait to get to know everyone better once I'm ready to start getting these pounds off!

Ambie - Only 10 weeks to go! You must be excited I'm sure you'll be able to shed the baby weight in no time - you got the attitude!

My scale at home was around 207-208 today.
I tend to weigh myself at the gym once a week/ week and a half just to compare. When I started working out at the beginning of January, it said I was 218! I was in a little shock - but I was wearing my gym get-up (shoes,shorts,pants,tank top, tshirt & jacket). Last week when I went, it said I was 213, so that made me feel a little better.

I want to get a new digital scale so badly. I'll have to wait till the end of the month. What scales do you ladies use?
