So this may not seem like much, but I got on the treadmill for the first time since I sprained my ankle last February. I was expecting it to be absolutely brutal. But it wasn't!
After a 6 minute warm up, I was able to do my jogging intervals just like I was. I wasn't able to jog for as long as I used to, but I wasn't back to absolute zero like I was expecting. I was on the treadmill for a full 40 minutes and I feel awesome!
I know it may not seem like much, but I'm just so excited that I did it and my ankle held up and I'm still able to jog.
