Unhappy Really need a loss this week:(

My 3rd week doing weightwatchers.
And still maintaining. 1st week i exercised but i havent exercised for two weeks i plan 2 get back in to it but i have been feeling abit sickly at min and havent felt up to it.
Im happy i havent gained , maintaining is good , but now i really need a loss. I dont know what i may be doing wrong. Or can it sometimes this take time to get going? Im doing it alone and at home , for the money saving factor. Im finding it easy looking up points , and understanding as ive done it years ago. But this time is a very slow burner.
I feel like im reatining water , feel fat and frumpy need a Loss even 1lb to boost my morale . Weigh day is SAT.

Any advice, support, motivation welcome

Have you been staying within your points?

Are you eating your activity points too?

Are you drinking a lot of water? Drinking a lot of water has helped me so much with feeling bloated. It flushes everything out!

Everyone is different but three weeks in and no weight loss since the first week is a bit weird.

Don't give up! Push a bit harder and see if the foods you are eating are salty or high in sodium. Also, it's free to exercise! Try running once a day, even if just for ten minutes!

I think you just have to stay patient! I am a very slow loser...it is insanely frustrating. I work out approx 5-8x's per week (meaning sometimes 2x's per day) granted my eating isn't perfect, but I hover around 1500-1600 calories. Just stick to your plan!

If you are following the WW plan and tracking accurately, you WILL lose. You may just be a slow loser

Don't give up! Maybe try adding in a couple of walks throughout the week if you don't normally do much exercise!

When i exercise i usually do 15mins cross trainer, 5-10mins weights, and a tae bo dvd aporx 3-4 times per week .

I have made my spare room in to a gym so i have no EXCUSE lol
But i have been feeling a bit off lately but hope to get back even just to the cross trainer soon xx

Remember, we don't use weight as a measure of success because it's the most accurate, only the most convenient. If you're following the plan and not going over your weekly points, even without exercise, then you are probably losing fat. It just doesn't always show up on the scale. You're weight can be influenced by your hydration status, what time of day it is, what you're wearing, and many other things.

So, try to stay hydrated, and try to stay motivated, and don't fixate too much on the number. I only have a loss at about half of my weigh-ins, but over time it will add up.

Are you eating a lot of 0 point foods?

I found that when I was doing WW, if I had a lot of 0 point food (even vegetables) it could throw me off. A lot.
