Well, I'm getting rid of my elliptical and treadmill to get rid of stuff to be prepared to move, again. This girl better hit the pavement now that the exercise equipment has poofed.

I know right? This is kind of scary... where is everyone?

I'm right there with ya on the plateaus. I don't even plan on getting on the scale tomorrow. Thursday is usually my weigh in day, but I had such a horrible weekend. Although I've been on plan all week, I still don't feel ready to look at the scale. I rely way too much on those numbers. Next time I go to Wal Mart I'm going to get a measuring ribbon and start measuring. I think that will be better for me. Have you started Level 2 of 30DS yet? It is still kicking my ***, but I love that my body is literally dripping with sweat. It makes me feel like I'm actually doing something. I've also noticed I have had a lot less issues with my neck and shoulder (car wreck) since I started. I know it's because I am building muscle in that area. I'm really excited about finishing 30DS and moving on to some of her other videos. I think she is exactly what I need to keep me motivated. The way she does everything in circuits really keeps me going... I actually enjoy it!

I am going to start Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones after I've completed this one. Have you heard anything about this video? I looked over it a bit but haven't watched the full video..

Couldn't say no to that banana split yesterday but I am the same, 59.8 kg yesterday and this morning.

I am so effing constipated, not sure why either. Took a laxative last night so I'm sort of looking forward to weighing myself tomorrow morning...

No more trouble zones is def. a step up from 30 day shred. I am in pretty good cardiovascular shape and there are parts that I struggle a LOT through!!! I love it though!

i was away from school yesterday so i couldn't check my mails/forums and at night i was helping my friend who's suffering from an existential crisis... we went out and i went off plan for supper with a doria (it's like rice gratin...) that was probably like a million calories so i didn't even step on the scale this morning

my scale's coming in today though, so i'm excited about that! (lol) and my dvds are finally ready to ship so i'll probably be getting them this weekend! (amazon japan is RIDICULOUSLY fast)

how's everyone's day going? i'm having a pretty good day so far! classes are slow, i'm in a good mood, there's coffee... great!

Hey ladies!

Icon Can you plzzzzzz share with me the nutritional info you've got for the Burger Fuels? I've never had a wrap but those chicken things are pretty good - and my boyfriend loves ze Burger Fuel so it would be good if I have an option there!

Kawaii I'm excited about you getting your scale too!

~~
EEEE! I'm still losing! I get surprised everytime I step on the scale and it's lower than I expect. I seriously expected to still be at 75 (165.3 pounds) this morning, but I got on the scale and it was below 74.5kg (164.2 pounds). Like..probably 74.2ish (163.2 pounds) . It's hard to tell on this scale. But it was a nice surprise. I haven't moved my ticker down but I put the pounds weight in my side bar thing for 74.3 kg. Excite.

Went out last night for dinner, approximated the calories prior to going out on the extreme end so I feel pretty good! I had 2 drinks and even went home early - and walked half the way haha!

I finally went to my studio today, I was asked to take part in an exhibition on the 3rd of December and I'm still undecided but I figure I better get painting anyway! I did some fun little sketches (which I never do because I don't think I'm that great at drawing) and then started a small-ish painting. I'm trying to get more into taking my time with my paintings and spending more time getting to know them (wow that sounds art-wanky).

Alright. I hope you lovely girlies are all doing well. I wasn't allowed to wash my hair today since I got it dyed yesterday and the dye will come out too quickly if I wash it too soon, so instead of an intense workout, I walked to visit my Grandma (about 40min round trip). She gave me a late birthday present so it worked out well! I also felt pretty sexy and confident haha, I was definitely strutting my stuff down the street! I love my new hair cut and every time I get the colour re-done it's aweeeeesome.

Haha it's not really that different from my pic...just a few more layers around the face and the red is brighter! I really dislike taking photos... but I'll have to take some soon I'm sure.

Rainbow- I love getting my hair done. It takes forever which is really annoying, but I always feel a little brighter/refreshed afterwards! I'm so glad to hear that you are losing and feeling sexy! You deserve it!

Hubby and I skipped the gym last night. He got a new watch and was dying to get it sized so we went to the mall. I ended up getting new gym shoes and workout leggings. Love them both, but probably didn't REALLY need them. Having nice workout duds does help keep me in the gym though. I was a little mad that we didn't make it to the gym. Good think I walked a good 3 miles at lunch yesterday. I decided to make up for the gym skip by doing 30 day shred this morning. I may try to start making that a habit atleast 3x's per week in the morning!

I want to get on the scale tomorrow as Fridays are my weigh days, but its TOM so I think its better to stay off since I do not deal well with scale flucuations.
