Lilly- congrats! That's awesome!

Stephanie- i am switching to a new pill on Sunday! I hope it goes okay.

I stayed off the scale this week because its TOM and I didn't want to get discouraged with any water retention weight, etc (I don't deal well will fluctuations just yet, that is a battle for November). On a positive note, I feel pretty good in my jeans today. I've done a really good job with getting my workouts and EXTRA ones in this week. I got my 3 extras that I set the goal for and I am adding a 4th extra today as I am going to run approx 3.1ish miles at lunch. Woot! Still hangin in there....

You can still hang around here if you want, therex I hear the 130's thread is really inactive/non existant.

LindsB, good job on the extra work outs! I need to get in more than one a week haha. I've been really lazy, I used to be in the gym an hour and a half four times a week.

I can never stay mad at my weight for long, it always gives me a whoosh after a stall. It's like a relationship, it's all about the give and take

8.8 lbs to goal! Whee! 3.8 to a healthy bmi!

Agh well ladies, I completely fell of the diet boat and majorly sabotaged my diet last night. I'm back to 142...which is still a net loss for the week, but I'm really disappointed that I did that. I just got swept up in the fun night with my friends, I guess. SO CLOSE THOUGH, so close!! Hope you ladies are having more self-restraint than I am, it seems like you all are based on your posts here!

I'm in you boat Lilly... I had a peanut butter cup tonight! 8 carbs, it was a mini one.

No sugar in a long time, then having that has given me an upset tummy. I know I'll probably see it on the scale. I'm gonna go post a '10 lbs to goal thread' with some progress pics in the mini goal forum, I'll post back with the link when I'm done! I can't believe it!

I agree! StephanieM, you look faaabulous!

I weighed in at 141 today--I'm happy with that! Only one pound away from my pre-cheat weight. I'm also on the cusp of a healthy BMI! The only thing I'm disappointed at is that I should be in the 130s by now, if I hadn't epically cheated Friday night.

My fiance lovingly said he liked that photo because I looked like a *ahem* 'Ho'. But we have the kind of relationship where we put each other down for fun, and no one takes anything seriouslly, haha. (You should hear what I call him!)

Congrats highcidity! Looks like everyones getting to the 130's!

Brit- I love your "taking it 5lbs at a time" in your siggy. Sometimes goal seems so far away, but I think if I chip away 5lbs at a time it seems less difficult!
