I do South Beach so I don't count calories, but here is today's menu

Breakfast - 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and 1 packet splenda

Snack - 16 turkey pepperonis with 1 wedge light swiss Laughing Cow Cheese (I make little sandwiches)

Lunch - Chicken breast with 1 slice deli ham and 1 slice gouda cheese, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1 non fat peach yogurt

Snack - apple

Dinner - eating out tonight (RARE for a weeknight), will probably have a steak and some steamed veggies. Maybe a dinner salad with oil and vinegar.

Yea today started off normal, but we had a catered lunch at work to say "thank you" for all of our hard work and it really was the devil in disguise, but here we go:

Breakfast (320):
2 packets of Village Farms Maple & brown sugar instant oatmeal

Lunch (944):
4 small pieces of grilled chicken breat filets with sauce
about 1/4 cup of white (I don't even eat white rice!) rice
Salad with pineapples, lots (I'm actually proud of myself)
Gigantic chocolate chip cookie (ugh...)
6 fried prawns
6 pieces of pork gyoza

And I haven't even eaten dinner yet and I know I should, but I am disgusted with myself that I won't...I just can't. I can't even force myself to eat this apple I pulled out for snack later.

I just feel like a pig. I mean really.

During the week, I keep oatmeal packages at work so I have one of those for breakfast with a tea or coffee, the oatmeal is about 3/4 to 1c worth. That gets me through the morning along with a second tea. Lunch is usually at home and I either have a tun sandwich with olive oil mayo and dill pickle relish, or a smaller portion of leftover dinner, and / or a green smoothie with tofu for protein.

I ate so crappy today! Been a HORRIBLE last 4 weeks. Alot of stress. NO cheat meals like the whole time. Then some stuff went down last night and today I just had to cave. I had some Flaming Hot Munchies and a Mnt Dew. That's all I've had today and that was like 7 hours ago. Still not hungry again. so. much. sodium. Epic Fail.

^^That was all I ate yesterday. I refuse to continue the depression diet. Now back on track...

Breakfast today:
Honey Almond Total cereal +omega & flax
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 cup Orange Juice

Snack:
Pumpkin Pecan Kashi bar

Lunch:
Vegetable mix with dip
V8 Fusion juice

Snack:
Banana

Dinner:
A few slices of Spinach & feta cheese pizza
