I do South Beach so I don't count calories, but here is today's menu
Breakfast - 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats with 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and 1 packet splenda
Snack - 16 turkey pepperonis with 1 wedge light swiss Laughing Cow Cheese (I make little sandwiches)
Lunch - Chicken breast with 1 slice deli ham and 1 slice gouda cheese, 1 cup mixed veggies, 1 non fat peach yogurt
Snack - apple
Dinner - eating out tonight (RARE for a weeknight), will probably have a steak and some steamed veggies. Maybe a dinner salad with oil and vinegar.
