It's been awhile but..

  • I'm back for now! I've been so busy with my kids being in sports and school having started. I've really really struggled over the last 2 months. I haven't lost but haven't gained and I'm looking at that as a victory!! I've got a few weeks left until the sports are over and things get back to normal..I can't wait!!

    So, I've got 10lbs to lose to get to my goal weight of 137. I really got back on the wagon this week and have been doing awesome so far. I've exercsed every day this week and am down 3lbs since Sunday, I'm sure most of that is water weight though.

  • At least you came back I took about four months off after Christmas to focus on quitting smoking and just relaxing and not thinking about weight loss. I was working on revamping my diet by cutting out gluten as well, once I had a handle on it all I came back. This place is great for support for that. It felt like I never left!

    It's great your back too! It's neat, we have similar start, goal, current weight and height hehe.
