Finally here! My goal was to be out of the 170's by Halloween, and that did not happen, but I have been consistently below 170 for almost a week, so I am feel confident enough posting here. Now I just need to adjust my mini goals, as clearly there is NO WAY I will be losing an additional 10 lbs by Thanksgiving. Unless, of course, I lose a limb or experience some other tragedy. Yeah, I think I'd rather move back that mini goal . . .

Glad that you're here with us now though! Hmm, so today I went out to dinner with my boyfriend to Chili's. First off, I'm very surprised the Margarita Lime Chicken is 600 cals for the WHOLE plate, because it was really tasty (ergh, sodium) and I ended up finishing about half of it with some chips and salsa. HOWEVER, something happened, and I'm not quite sure rather to be flattered or not. Haha, after taking our orders, the waiter came back and said he'd bring "us" chips and salsa, but he wasn't sure if "I" liked salsa. Me being me, I'm usually the "invisible" one, but my boyfriend thought he was hitting on me. So then I told him "well, we'll see if he charges us for it since we didn't order it." & well, he didn't charge us. I ended up eating about 20 chips, so boo for the extra calories, but it sure was a change. My boyfriend usually is the one who gets the looks and attention (from both men and women :lol:) Well that's my little interesting story for the night. |

Oooh, my carb day did me in. waterweight or giving in to temptation, I don't know, but I'm back up to 165 today. I was 163.6 on Tuesday. Blehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh five pounds left.

This is so exciting, I love this decade system these forums have! I weighed in at 163.4 today, so phew, it really was just water weight! 3.4 pounds to go. |

Been working out a lot more than normal and FINALLY getting in some weight training on my own. I think this might be responsible for the weight gain this week, even with minimal muscle soreness. Workout today: 7 min stair climber, 30 min with my trainer, 35 min on the recumbent bike. Burned 300 cal. Weight unknown, about 169. Will keep you all posted. Keep working hard girls! |

Thanks JKS! I have worked out 4-5 times per week for 2 weeks without any difference in the scale. Wish i could see some results.

I weighed myself at 162.9.. I think im going for the record of hovering in the 160's the longest. :)

It's been awhile since I posted here. I'm at home for the holidays and the scale here is extremely hard to balance and read. The needle hovered around 162 ish, but I'm just going to call it 163. I'll probably get a more accurate reading at the doctor's office when I go on Tuesday. But yay! :carrot: I also went shopping yesterday and bought a small shirt at Hot Topic. I think that's the first time that's ever happened in my life. :D
