Thanks! Its a bummer to feel stuck forever but great to make it past! I woke up this morning at 160 exactly, so hopeully I can get down and stay down by Monday!!

I was at 166.6 when I weighed myself this morning, but after my run I was at 165.8. I can't wait to be out of the 160s. I was glad to see the number down because I've kind of hit a plateau, although I think it was partly due to my eating habits lately. I took a good look at my meals and figured out what I could change, and it's working! :carrot:

Hey guys! Had the week off work and have spent a lot of time at the gym to help me get out of this decade of weight. The weekend after the marathon I was 169.4 lb. Today I woke up and was 167.4! Yahoo! Keep up the good work, ladies!

Just saw 159.5 lbs this morning :O Last Friday I was at 163.5, so that's a big drop! I'm going to stay in here until next Friday at least, though, see if it sticks :)

Good job Kenzide!! Did 27 min on the recumbent bike today and burned 200 calories (that cascade was a beyotch!)

169 today. I can't believe that! I keep SAYING I weigh one NINTEY six, not one sixty nine aha. It's just a mental thing. But anyway, pushing for 165! come on, 165!

I will! That's the best part, this new mindset I have where I don't want to give up if the scale doesn't move. :D Like, give up and what, be right back where I am now, except + another re-gained 15 lbs thinking, huh, that didn't work out all that well... :lol:

I just out inched you all back up into the 160's oh nooooo. I had gotten down to 158.7 on Friday last week! Then a high sodium weekend ruined me. Oh well. I'm still posting over in the 150's thread, but thought I'd pop back in here and say hi :P You guys are all doing so well! Better than me!
