Default Let's Get OUT of the 160s!

So I wanted to start a new thread for the 160s because the other one was getting pretty darn long! I also need a serious push to get out of the 160s.

I am in at 162.5 this morning- which seems close enough, but it is the weight I ALWAYS get stuck at. Sometimes I get to 158-159 for a few days but I always give up too soon and bounce back to the high 160s. This time I am going to be actively writing here and staying motivated though! I started college at 150 and by the end of freshman year I was 162. Now 5 years later I still haven't lost the freshman 12! I must stay on course!! Join me!

i have been in the 160s for a little while and am ready to leave. I am around 168-167. I did see 164 once, but that was after a run so thats kinda cheating. I am hoping to get out by mid may at the very latest

I feel like I'll never get out of the 160s My weight loss has really slowed--I was 165 Monday for my weigh-in, but then back up to 167 yesterday and about 167 today too. SOOOOO frustrating! I think my body just likes being this weight--this is a weight I maintained for all of my early 20s.

I really need to kick it into high gear agian!! I weighed in today at 163.2 and still have a few days until my official weigh in day(Sunday). I had a bad two weeks so I'm playing catch up again. My ultimate goal was to be at 157 for my anniversary which is May 8. That is totally do able and I don't want to screw up being able to make that goal!!

pinkalarmclock- I also weighed in a little heavier- ya gotta believe it's water weight until the weigh-in day! Hopefully we will be out of here real soon!

stella- i have also been in the 160s my whole 20s- I was starting to think my body loves 167- but I DONT!! we can do it!

We will all be seeing 159 before we know it!!

ME TOO. Omg, I was so happy when I got to the 160s but I've been stuck in them since January!!!!! Granted, most of that is my fault, but when I finally saw 159 on the scale I stubbornly retained 6-8lbs of water weight that has been hanging on with a death grip on me!

Right now I'm dealing with water weight from Easter still, but I did kickboxing today and I've upped my water by an extra two glasses. We can do this ladies! We can get out of the 160s and move onto our goals!

Sometimes i swear when i start to get really close to the 150s..my appetite conveniently grows exponentially. i will RESIST! Vive le résistance!!

I did a yoga video today to distract myself and i swear i am more exhausted from that than my normal biking/treadmill/weights routine! what gives!

way to go mijuva829!!

my weigh in was today and i was only down .3 (162.5) BUT I know I have lost more weight then this so I'm not upset. Last night I had two beers and a healthy amount of bread. Yesterday morning I had decided to cheat a little in the diet since I've been doing so well and haven't messed up in a loong time. So I knew the bad weigh in was coming this morning, it didn't surprise me. I'm looking for big numbers next week though, lol!
