  • Huzzah~! 168.6lbs.... this is the furthest I've ever made it into the 160's
  • 166.4 this morning! Not GREAT, but not bad. Looking forward to seeing that number go down even more
  • 167.5!!!!! I am loving this!! I gotta keep at it!!
  • 161 today! Two more pounds until the end of the 60s! My lowest adult weight was 5 years ago when I got to 157, but only maintained that for about a year. This time I'm committed to keeping it off this time.
  • 169 still, but I can feel it will be 167 this week! Sales are coming up here, and I want to buy my first size 12!!! Go me!

Shytowngal almost gone! I'm sure we all can't wait to join you!
  • 163 this morning. Keep losing and gaining the same weight.

I had jaw surgery before I went to college and lost a bunch of weight (I was also very active in high school.) I weighed 120-125 when I went to college and came out 160+ and then proceeded to gain weight in the "real world".

Any advice on the last push past the 160's?
  • 167.5. Still on track!
  • Marly2983 - I have been bouncing around as well in the low 160's. I don't even want to get on the scale until later on in the week since I just weighed in on Friday. I don't know why but for me the 160s have been tough to get out of *shrug*
  • I want so badly to get out of the 160's. I'm at 164 right now and holding steady. 164 is about what I weighed (maybe a little less) 4 years ago, when I was a junior in college. I graduated HS at 156 and I began HS at 136 (but of course, the girls were still developing at that point!) Anyway, I'm determined to get out of the 150/160 rut this summer. Something about knowing your "real life" (post grad school) is about the begin adds some pressure.

It is funny that most people say they put it on in college. Though I did, in fact, gain a little weight in college, I gained 40+ pounds in the year and half after graduation -- I wasn't likely to binge if I was eating with a bunch of other girls in my hall, but all alone in my apartment....well, that's another story.
  • 167.2lbs~!!

I'm very happy, i've been trying for a year to break into the 160's and now I feel like I'm flying through. **knock on wood**
  • I finally decided to make a move here Yesterday I weighed in at 168.8 and today at 168.4 so it looks like I'm finally in the 160's! Now to working towards getting out of them :P

Lowest weight in over four years! All I know is I was in the 180's when I met my fiancee over 3 years ago and the last time I saw 170 I think I was 18 or 19. (I was in the 150's when I graduated high school)

I'm excited to join you all I want to hit 165 by the end of the month to stay on target, and for meeting that I'm treating myself to a bathing suit for the first time in years before we take a road trip up north to see my fiance's family. I hope they notice the weight loss!
  • I'm at 163.2 today! 40 lbs down, 20% of my body weight off!
  • WOOHOO!
I weighed in today, and I weighed in at 159.4.
Ohmygoodness. I just made my mini goal, AND I am halfway done, I feel amazing.
Thanks for all the encouragement, and I can't wait to see yal in the 150s forum.
  • Dang. Today was 169. Ouch. I'm bein extra good today!
  • Was at 165 last week, but after a party hearty weekend, I went up a LOT but am back down to 166.

Good LORD I can't wait to see 159!!
