I disagree with that. Its all about how you prioritize your time. Exercise is a major priority for me, third only to work and class.

I know that if I don't exercise, I gain weight. I don't want to gain weight, I want to lose it, so I exercise 5-6 days a week. Does this mean that I don't go to happy hour sometimes with co-workers? Sometimes, but I also miss happy hours because I have class 2 days a week, so I look at it as the same thing. And if I really want to go to happy hour after work, I'll work out before.

Someone once said that weight loss is the easiest thing and the hardest thing you will ever do. Its all about scheduling and planning. You can make it as easy or as hard as you like it, but when it comes down to it, very few can be successful without exercise.

Just find times that work for you, and go with that.
