LindsB, thanks so much! I'm a lot more active now than I used to be, and I'm living on my own now, so I'm in complete control of the groceries. I (usually) don't buy food items I'm likely to overeat, which really helps. But I think the single most helpful thing has been that I've had to incorporate exercise into my normal daily routine. I don't have a car, so I walk about 5k (round trip) every week day to and from work. Then in the evenings I either cycle or jog 5k (it started out as .5k, when I couldn't go any farther without my lungs collapsing) or jump rope for half an hour. But even when I get lazy and don't do one of those things, I'm still moving way more than I used to!
