I just got my 30 Day Shred yesterday and so eager to try it out after hearing so many great things about it.
Everyone up for this challange in November, let's motivate each other, we sure can do it !
I've been waiting for november to start! 30 day shred here i come. I've done it a few times already, but i'm going to do it 30 days in a row.
My starting weight is 187. I don't have a tape measure either, so i'll add those as soon as i can. Good luck everyone!
*Starting Monday November 3rd
Stats:
Waist: 38
Chest: 40.5
Arms: L 12, R 11.5
Thighs: R 21.75 , L 21
Hips: 41.5
Week 1 - Start weight 185.8 down from when i first posted.
M- lvl 1 day 1 -
T- nada
W- L1-D2 Back on track!
T- Nada
F-Sun - Nada
Week 2
M - L1-D3 I'm re focused!
T- Went to bed at 8:00 - Usually i work out at 8:30 after kiddos go to bed
w- L1-D4
T- nada
F- L1-D5 seems my pattern is every other day, although not on purpose.
S-S - off
Week 3
M- L1-D6 -
t- L1-D7
W - L2- D1 I might do L1 tonight, if my shoulder feels better. I'm off to take some ibuprofen.

I'll join in too! But, I have already finished the Shred once. So, my plan is slightly modified but I still need a place to hold myself accountable. I have been doing each level for 5 days and allowing 1 day a week for rest. I will repeat this twice to get my 30 days of workout.
11-3: Level 2
11-4: Level 2
11-5: Rest Day, TOM
11-6: Level 2
11-7: Rest Day, unscheduled. (Will be making up for it on Sunday when I do it twice!!)
11-8: Level 2
11-9: Level 3, Level 3

HI ALL! I'm ready to go. These are from 5 days ago when i began my shred, but I am going to use them for this...
Starting Measurements:
Waist: 38 in.
Chest: 43 in.
Upper Arm ®: 14 in.
Hips: 45 in.
Thigh ®: 26 in.
Neck: 14.5 in.
Weight: 192 lbs.

I've finished Level 1 so I'm just now starting with Level 2 now. I didn't take any measurements before I started but I definently need this to keep me accountable! I leave for Cali Nov 22nd so I'm going to start today so I'll be done by then! Good luck ladies
