Hey guys! I do NOT count calories, it has never worked for me in the long run. Neither has nutri system or weight watchers. I've tried EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING BUT portion control, making small changes and working out. So I have started making a LIFESTYLE change and working out an hour a day, eating correctly, watching my portions and also holding myself accountable.

All of the advice on this forum has been EXTREMELY helpful and some of your stories literally brought tears to my eyes. I only hope that I can be as inspiring.
