I eat 1200 a day. If it's a hungry day or I can't work out, I bump it up to 1350.

Has anyone tried this "Better than peanut butter" stuff? I am a little sketched out by it because it has way more unpronouncable preservatives. sugars, and whatnot in it than simply ground up peanuts, but it does have like half the calories and fat. And it's pretty tasty too.

Also, holy crap, they have recipes for smoothies on their site... I have never had a peanut butter smoothie but this sounds like an idea I can get behind haha.

Oooh, I never thought of PB in oatmeal! That with some berries and granola sounds delicious. Better than yogurt, IMO (do not like yogurt at all. AP Biology in high school ruined that for me).

The ingredients actually dont look that bad! They use salt and sugar which arent that great but I'm sure theres a lot worse out there..I wonder where you could get that?

^ I have and use that pb, mainly due to less calories/fat and upped protein. I like it, though i haven't had any in over a week.

I mean i love pb, so its something i have to be really careful in allowing myself to have. Sigh.

Because of this thread, I thought about P all evening yesterday.

I resisted the urge...I only have the full fat kind at the house.

LOL sorry!!! I did too; that's why I got myself in troubel last night and posted the thread "Help!". It's good to be on top of what you are eating and post about problems in the forum, but on the other hand if you are alway talking about it, youre going to be always thinking about it ahhh its lose lose!

I craved it all night, too! I knew I was going to have it this morning, but even as I was trying to fall asleep last night, I thought about getting up just to have a taste. I didn't though!

Im going to have to try that peanut butter in my oatmeal now. something I would've never tried before. lol.

I bought the all natural kind from target the other day. the ingredients said it only had peanuts and salt. you have to stir it before using and keep it in the fridge as to that way the oils and peanuts wouldn't separate. it was pretty yummy.

Mickey,

How many calories and fat are in that peanut butter?

I want to try the oatmeal and peanut butter idea but I am so afraid to have peanut butter in my house. I cant control myself. Obviously. Plus I just threw away an entire container after bingeing!
