Default ummm...help

Hi all i'm new here. My name is Amanda. I put an intro in the Introduction forum. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone had any advice on where I should be posting...like challenges or whatever...that could help me out. I'm wanting to lose about at least 20 lbs. and get in the 150/160's. Any help would be appreciated!

hey amanda, welcome to 3FC I guess where to post depends on how you want to go about it, some people find that challenges help, others just like to have the chat thread. We have "get out of the..." threads which might help you out if there isnt a challenge on at the moment to join, e.g. get out of the 180s. Or you can just peruse and post in threads you find interesting When I first started here I spend a fair amount of time just reading through different forums and threads

Hi Amanda! Welcome

I like the Fitness boards and "Chicks Up for a Challenge" under the Support Forum is good. If you are following a specific eating plan, try the Diet Support threads, they have information on almost any eating plan you could want!

Like Iconised Ghost said, it's great to just hang around and look and see and then figure out where you want to join in... good luck in your efforts!

Ooh and if you want to sign up for the Biggest Loser Challenge, it's only 20somethings, at the top of the forum in a separate thread. I think today or tomorrow are the last day to sign up.
