I am attempting to do this. I did week 1 day 2 today so I just started but It gives me a challenge so I like that!
I have to do the girl push ups though
it is a really good program actually. Got to like 28 before I just stopped doing them for whatever reason. Then when I started back doing my push ups I had such a good base that it was much easier for me to get the hang of it again. I am up to 40 at any given set but 100 in over a day.....come ooooon 100 straight.
S/N; Nothing wrong with modified push ups, a lot of people do, you will change that in no time I am sure
Thanks for posting this! I'm definitely going to try it. I just started doing the 30 day shred video and am appalled at how weak my upper body is compared to the rest of me, so hopefully this will even it up
