Yeah, I pretty much live digitally in the 20-somethings threads and threadkiller in the games section, so I get that. Daily weighing would drive me batty (okay, to be honest, battier), but I am glad it works for you!
I was so close to Onederland a few months ago (203!), but I lapsed for far too long and now I'm up to 219. Not good. I'm pretty disappointed in myself because I was supposed to be close to goal weight (160) by this point.
But, I'm starting over again and hopefully I'll be in Onderland by my birthday (Oct. 11) I'll be close to my college weight goal (180) by Halloween and hit my GW by the end of the year.
Sym. I do WWs so I have to keep track of my points at the very least, but I find that a little notebook kept near me (whether in the purse or next to me on my desk) keeps me in line. Is your journal small enough to travel easy? That definitely is the best tool to catch slip ups as long as you jot it down correctly, .
Matilda, I cannot believe that there's only 4 months left!
I have a mini notebook to record what I eat on outings, but my weight loss journal is digital. It's an offline diary software of sort, it just feels familiar, I guess. I used a similar program when losing weight few years ago. <3
*waaaay too chicken to have an online blog talking about food*
I (cheated and) weighed in this morning, 205.2 lbs woot~! I hope it won't get back up lol
I think there is something about the number 200 and my body trying to hang on.. but today after like 2 weeks of seeing 203-201 -200.8 etc I am finally at 198.6!!! I'm sure Ill jump back up to the 200s every once in a while.. it just doesn't seem official yet
