I did my level 2 last night. Whew. I was also going to do my C25K, but it was in the 90's until after 8pm, so I decided against it. Don't want to pass out in someones front yard, haha.
Level 2 is getting easier. I've done it 4 times now. The only thing I dont do is those plank jack things. I get up and do actual jumping jacks, and then pause it and do 25 crunches.
And I was trying to think on the way to work, how many days have I done this in a row? I need to figure it out!
Ugh I missed again yesterday!!! The two plans I had for the day totally fell through and I let my bummed mood get to me. Which is dumb because working out always makes me feel better. Anyway I am going to do 2 workouts today, Level 1 and 2. I don't think I will do them back to back or anything but I am hoping I can do it. So my workout plan is Level 1, C25K and then level 2. Wooohoo I am going to hurt. LOL
Yeah, I haven't tried level 2 yet. I was going to do it this morning but decided to take the morning off instead. What's interesting about 30DS is that, in the beginning, my whole body used to ache the next day. Now it seems that different areas ache at different times. Like, one day it was my quads...this morning my thighs were killing me, etc.
I went to the gym for like an hour this evening. (Didn't mean to, but I got into watching something and couldn't stop hahaha) Tomorrow I'm working all day, so I'll probably just take a day off from everything... maybe I'll try Level 2 on Sunday.
My friend is going to try 30DS too now... yay for being a recruiter. I can't wait to see her do day 1. Muahaha...
Oh, and today the scale told me I lost another pound since I weighed on Tuesday. Woo!!!

I was disappointed with the KNEE intensity in L2. But what did I expect? I'm going to keep up some serious knee physio and careful timing for the 30ds now. Maybe it'll get easier...
souvenirdarling- I agree! My right knee isn't exactly the knee it used to be so I am having a really hard time with level 2. Like the jumps from plank position... when you bring your feet up toward your hands. OH that KILLS my knee. I find myself jumping like 2 inches back and forth by the end!! LOL I wonder if level 3 is quite as intense on the knees. Maybe I just wont do level 2 for much longer.... Although I am sure I need it.
I'm so sorry I havnt been able to check in recently... I feel so bad for that! My internet has been down at my house and work has been CRAZY.
Sadly, I was on level 2 and had to go back to 1... My knee is just really giving me problems right now. I am thinking I might take a few days off starting today... I am having to start some new medicine today anyway and I am supposed to "take it easy" right when I first start it... So maybe it can give me knee some time to get better. (For some reason my knee just flares up every once in a while.. it sucks.)
Anyway, it is SO amazing to see all of you guys doing this. It really inspires me... **HUGS TO EVERYONE!!** :-)
Mind if I join in? I'm actually on Level 2 Day 5 . . . day 15 total. I was on the 30DS challenge on the exercise forum but it seems that pretty much all have dropped out but me lol.
Hi everyone. I am on day 3 of level 2 right now... I do the shred everyday except days I go swimming for exercise instead (which is once or twice a week).
I have already noticed a huge difference in strength, but I don't know if I am ever going to be able to do 30 seconds of plank jacks without stopping lol

Maybe I am a weirdo but I actually think the plank jacks are easier than the plank squat thrusts! I hate the last circuit in level 2 though, it kills my shoulders!!
