I agree i've been in the 190s since January and for some reason I cant get out! But I WILL get out!! Still at 198..been a few busy days havent really had time to workout...

I weighed in today officially on my normal scale after a week and it read 190! I am so close to being free of it I can "Taste" it!!

Last week or so haven't had any big losses.. Went from 197 to 195.8 in 2 weeks. Been going out to the bar more lately though lol...

Same here. Have cut alcohol out totally now. Although not sure how long that'll last...

I gained like...4 pounds today, but I'm putting it in the "that time of the month" section and eagerly awaiting to shed the weight and be back where I was. It's still fairly frustrating, but I'll try and not let it bring me down too much.

i know i'm here i just dont want to know how badly this week. i was hovering around 193..considering my eating binge tonight i should be glad i cant play the wii right now i'd probably keel over if i'm in the 200s again

My birthday was yesterday so I am really afraid to weigh-in on monday... however, I did hike for 6 hours doing 12 miles and 2.600 ft of elevation gain RT so I am not sure I am gonna be that scared...
