Ok, ladies, I'm leaving! I have been in these 170s for almost 6 weeks! But, they are gone, and I don't want them back! :D

I'm still at 172.4....I want out!!

AshleighAO 08-10-2010 02:07 PM

I weighed in at 174 this morning, and honestly I am very confused! I was 177 for about 3 days, then to 176 yesterday and then down to 174 today. I haven't lost 2 lbs in one day since 2 years ago when I was on diet pills.... is this a "woosh"? I see that word on the boards but don't really know what it means. And I'm hesitant to change my weight info because I'm thinking this may be too awesome to be true and will be back into 176 tomorrow...

173.4 today

Stupid scale, good thing I didn't get my hopes up! I am 176 this morning and I was perfectly on plan with diet and exercise yesterday so I know I didn't put on 2 pounds. But 176 is still down from 177 and I knew that the jump to 174 was off, I just didn't feel that difference. Aw well... heres to hoping for 175 tomorrow!

178 today! I haven't posted in a couple months as I was in the backwoods doing a summer job but now I'm back and happy to see I've bumped down to another decade. Good work everyone!

Nessa411 08-13-2010 12:47 PM

I finally did it, down to 169 (168 at the gym on their scale but 169 at home on the digital!) So, I hope to see everyone in the 160's and I hope I can stay in the 160's. Good luck everyone!

Congrats Nessa and others moving out of here!

174.4
I want out of the 170's so badly. This can't possibly happen soon enough.

AshleighAO 08-13-2010 01:50 PM

I'm stuck! 176 for 4 days in a row! And it's seriously at 176.0 with no changes. I have been on plan so I have no idea what the heck to do. Even tried what I did before and eat a little more and skip the gym, willing to even see the scale go up and not care- because at least it's movement... I'm wondering if the scale may be busted but I feel lame for "blaming the scale".

JennieLovesKisses 08-13-2010 04:39 PM

I'm up a bit, a couple days ago I gave in to pizza and cookies and I think my body is trying to recover from that still....lol. I'm 174.6 this morning.

Moma Dance 08-13-2010 05:15 PM

I just joined the board today, but my starting weight was 180. Today I am at 176.2!! Just a few more to go!! Keep up the good work, everyone!

175.4 today....................so I've been here for months now! at least i'm not going up but its so frustrating

Yay! Joining this thread now as I've reached the 170's! 178 as of yesterday. It's harder for me to remember to check my weight in pounds as my scales are in kilograms (metric, of course) haha. But I'm here and I want to get out! Hopefully by my birthday.

Everlasting 08-15-2010 05:42 PM

I'm slowly moving down! 176 today. :) I can't wait to see 160s on the scale. I don't ever remember knowing that my weight was this low, so it's really been ages, before high school for sure.
