DaughteroftheKing- I hope you like it! I think the trick is just paying attention to your body. I mean for me, I have never been a runner and I have previous foot, shin and knee issues (all fairly minor though) so I know I have to take it easy to start out. I definitely do the granny shuffle thing and keep it low impact. Right now it's not about distance/speed for me but rather keeping my body moving.

Well, even with an accountability thread I have managed to get out of holding myself accountable. That stops now. I am back and Im going to get it done this time. I went out and bought the Extreme Fat Smash Diet book today and I start to morrow. I know it is a bit 'extreme' but Im hoping a regimented plan will get me on the right path. I dont expect to make a lifestyle so drastic, but I like the idea of getting a head start. It is going to take letting go of the breads and sugars and holding on tight to a lot of exercise, but Im excited about the results. I am home now, so I will be able to weigh in daily and update here consistently as well.

I know that we might not have all done so well the last couple days, but we can turn that around and head in the right directing. Tomorrow is monday, the first day of a new week: a great weightloss week. Good luck everyone!

Well today was day one of the EFS. I am quite proud of how I did. I ate everything that I was supposed to and nothing more. I didnt quite get in all the exercise, but I was only short by 10 min. I had 5 hours of class today, followed by 6 hours of work. It has been a long, but successful day. Tomorrow should be similar as I have the same work and school schedule. I am looking forward to seeing how this will play out in weightloss.

I hope everyone has a great day tomorrow!

Id love to continue this! Lets make another!

Today was less good for me. I didnt do as well as I would have hoped, but I decided that that is ok, and Im back on track tomorrow. All I have to do is eat right and exercise. *scoots back up on the wagon* At least I walked along side the wagon today and didnt lose it completely. On to tomorrow...
