Calories: right around 1800, (I didn't really count dinner because we switched it up from what I thought we were having, however I am pretty sure i am still on track for the day!)
Exercise: Yeah...I was lazy again today. I did however walk around my house (like really walk, not just wander around)

Calories: I"m gonna guess at or under 1800 ( I am really bad at keeping track! But we had subway for lunch and I skipped breakfast so i think I am good for the day)
Exercise: Shopping! At least 2 hours of walking around Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart and about an hour of playing w/ the kids at the park.

Weight: 230.2!!!!! Yay! (my goal for the end of the month is to be at 229 or under)

Calories: Apprx. 1632 ( we were really busy so we ate out (KFC) and I only ate 2 times, I did however have a Venti Mocha Frapp from starbucks and 3 cokes!
