Hey everyone! I hope you all get a chance to check back in tonight or tomorrow morning to post your progress. I'm so excited to be back on track, and I'm hoping that I can FINALLY lose this last 38 lbs (only 28 until normal BMI!!!). I'm so excited to be back on track and I'm definitely feeling more motivated then I had been. Hopefully this thread will do the same for the rest of you as well. =D

Well, today was neither here nor there. I am glad that I didn't do terrible, but I would exactly give myself a gold sticker either. I did great exercise wise. I went on a 3 mile run/walk, running about 1/2 the time. I realized that many of the trees in my neighborhood have been taken down and the sun was directly on me 95% of the time. I don't think I will be braving the florida sun in the afternoon very often. Way too hot and I think it made the run much harder. Eating went fine most of the day, but for dinner I went to an all you can eat brazilian steakhouse. It was amazing, but all you can eat is never good. I did manage to just try a little of each but it still adds up. All in all, I didnt do as bad as I could, but didnt do great. On the up side, one of the guys I met at dinner is super hot and we had great conversation. I will be following up on that one.

I shall try to do better tomorrow. I hope everyone had a great day and I look forward to reading about it.

Yesterday & today totally stunk!!! Yesterday my sister got back from Europe & brought me Swiss chocolate- I ate a ton yesterday & today And it was my graduation today so I went out to eat with friends and family TWICE! I feel like crap & super guilty & bummed I feel like everything I have been doing the last couple weeks has been swept away in one day. I got rid of the chocolate & am determined to start new tomorrow! I just really hope I dont screw up again! I know this is just a small road bump in a lifetime of weight/calorie control- I just need to get some control over the situation!
Ok all done venting lol thanks for listening/reading!

Okay yesterday was apparently a bad day. I thought that I did a good job counting the weight watchers points and I was pretty sure that I was far under the 24 that is the most that I am supposed to eat...but apparently I was wrong because this morning I was up 0.5 lbs. I was expecting a small loss, so that's really kind of frustrating. Today I am going to the grocery store and taking my WW Points Calculator with me. I am going to be SURE that I know how much every single thing I buy is, and I am going to plan out my meals and my days so that I can be sure to stay under 24 points every day!!

I did pretty well yesterday calorie wise but I missed my 30DS workout. Today will be a good make up though. I will be walking home from work and then running my C25K training.

Divine- Planning ahead is the best way. I have such a hard time with that sometimes.

Yesterday was not a good day for me, I started out strong but when I went to my Zumba class I messed my back up some how. This is really frustrating because the same thing happened to me in January when I started running again, took 3 weeks before I even felt normal walking. Luckily I went right home and put ice on my back and then went for a massage, this morning I woke up and it feels a little better already so I'm going to just go for a walk and be crazy attentive to my calories.

Colleen- I am so sorry to hear about your back! Working in those massages will really help though. I am glad to hear it is feeling a little better.

THis sounds like the thread for me! Honestly it isn't that I've gotten off track, its that I am have a super hard time really starting, and sticking to something! I really hate (and therefore suck at) calorie counting! But I am going to do it! The goal is (currently) 1800 calories a day and doing 30 day shred everyday (currently I am so out of shape I can't even finish one workout! That is really discouraging. So the plan is to do as much as I can each day to work up to 10 days of the whole level one and then move on.

Calories: right around 1800, (I didn't really count dinner because we switched it up from what I thought we were having, however I am pretty sure i am still on track for the day!)
Exercise: Yeah...I was lazy again today. I did however walk around my house (like really walk, not just wander around)

Kay - how do you like the C25K program? I've considered it but I've never been a runner.

I have to say I have always HATED running. I tried running a couple years ago but ended up with knee problems right away. with C25K I haven't had a single knee problem yet and I am on week 4 (I repeated a week too). I think I stick with C25K because you feel accomplished. I would recommend it! Oh hey I am in Davis! Not far.
