(this was my other half.... flying makes working out so hard)

60 minutes of P90X- Plyometrics

and a ton of walking

Jennie... I know you do P90X and thats really my only legit option while I'm in California but I was wondering which ones you really like

15/20 - 60 min run/walk intervals. I can totally notice that my lung capacity has improved wohoo!!!

I am also going for a horseback riding lesson today and while it will work me out a little bit, I'm not going to count it toward my 20.
