Default Hi! I'm ready.
Well, I joined this site ages ago, and have been doing nothing but eating ever since! I had a turning point yesterday, though, and I really feel "ready". I ate two breakfasts, don't even know why, and felt SO gross the rest of the day. Something has clicked and I feel I can do it this time!

I hope to get to know everybody!

congrats and good luck! i think the hardest part is starting and sticking to it in the beginning, so feel proud that your doing it!

Hey, I'm a lot like you! I joined up a while ago, although I did do some posting. I keep neglecting 3FC and then end up failing at my diets and exercise routines. But now I'm back and determined! Good luck!
