  • Today I got on the scale thinking I at least lost a pound...think again....I'm stagnant at 208.....ughhh!!!! I hate TOM!!!! It's okay, I should be back on track again soon!!
  • Secretz - a lot of us gain or stay the same during TOM then have a nice little woosh after. Don't get discouraged.

    Today is the beginning of the EOGs (end of grade testing)... its an effing mad house and is actually quite entertaining to watch. Not to mention I have the best seat in the house because my office walls are glass and I'm in the heart of the school.

    Here's to hoping we don't all kill each other over the next few days and that I don't get called in to proctor. That's the worst job EVER.

    The scale was down this morning to 186.6.... at least it's moving in the right direction, especially after a completely on plan day.

    Good morning its rainy here so no work this morning maybe this afternoon. Knee is a little better still bruised and hurts to bend it.
    I have a pork roast in the crock going to make bbq so the dh has some leftovers while i'm gone to the beach with the girls.
  • I didn't weigh myself this morning. I'm actually excited about working out tonight (for the first time in 2 weeks) so I'll weigh tomorrow after I sweat all that water out.

    Also - today is free coffee day at Dunkin Donuts - you get a free 16 oz iced coffee. Yay

    The weekly chat thing seems like a great idea. Kinda nice
    to "vent" or just chat about everyday stuff with people that can
    "get" you and what you're saying and the places you're at in life.

    Soooo apparently I'm not allowed to leave work. I went to medication training (we have to do a yearly review in order to be up to doate)... while I was gone there were 2 nose bleeds, a teacher that fell out and a kid that had to be sent to the hospital.

    Thank god the other girl that is trained was here (although sometimes I secretly wish stuff would go down when we weren't here so they would realize they need to have more people trained)..... and the one other person that is trained (making 3 total) is also out. Even if she was here she doesn't do blood so she wouldn't have been any good.

    Sounds like a fun start for our testing week.

  • I am BACK. I just did the stairmaster for 60 minutes - usually I do it between the 5 and 8 intensity level, today I went all the way up to 11, then I did 4 sets of 20 push ups, 3 sets of 15 elevated lunges, 3 sets of 15 leg lifts, and 100 crunches. Wooo hoooo. I feel AmAzInG!!!

    Stella - Like I've been saying, BEAST! Hm, I really should do some abs. I'm so lazy when it comes to that part of my body haha.

    Feral - What are they gonna do without you? I'm picturing like 50 kids running around with bloody noses and then all their mothers coming in and threatening to sue the district. Nice!

    I'm enjoying a lazy day and probably some gym time later. Don't know yet. Tapering this week.

    Oh, and I watched the boy eat chips and salsa...one of my favorite things and only had a tiny crumb with a bit of salsa. I just wanted to open a bottle of wine and finish the whole bag and the salsa. Bah.

    When won't I mind watching people eat junk? When will I realize I have lost 50+ pounds and nothing has tasted good as doing that? When won't I want cr@ppy food?
  • Hi all, I'll join up too...actually I joined 3FC a couple years ago at 225, lost about 25 lbs. on WW, then sort of fell off the wagon and disappeared. I've only really gained 10 lbs. back, but I'm the same size (if not bigger) as when I was heavier...so that means I basically gained all fat. Boo! Now I'm back and trying to lose those 85 lbs. for good!

    Nothing particularly interesting going on in my life this week, but thought I'd stop in and say hello anyhow. Hello!

    Today - I weighed myself and I was up a pound...whatever! I then put on a new pair of size 13's and walked out the door...the smallest sized pair of pants I have ever owned!!!! eeeeeeeeekkk!! Therefore - my scale is rediculous and how I feel is what really matters!!! Holy breakthrough for Jenny this morning
