I made it to 18 and pledged for 15 for the last challenge... so for these 3 weeks, I'm upping my pledge to do 16 workouts in the next 3 weeks, that gives me 5 personal/rest days if need be!! Lets do this!!
Count me in! I'm pledging to do 15 workouts (for 45 mins to 1 hour), with at least 6 of those incorporating strength training. I've really slacked on ST over the past month or so, so I'm getting back to it! I did my first one today!

May 10: 30 mins strength training, 5 mins arc trainer, 20 mins treadmill

I managed 17 workouts in the last challenge, so I will try and match that this time!
May 10th: 15 mins stairclimber, 35 mins walk/jog treadmill
May 11th: 45 minutes walking (about 2.3 miles)
May 12th: 20 minutes walk/jog treadmill, 20 mins stairclimber, 12 minutes elliptical
May 14th: 8 mins stairclimber, 32 mins walk/jog treadmill, 12 minutes elliptical
May 15th: 1 hour cycling
May 17th: 25 mins stair climber, 20 mins upright bike, 10 mins jog on treadmill
6/17 workouts done!

May 10-30 Challenge: I'm going to do 15 workouts this time: 2 days off a week since I'm going to start C25K and not sure how my body is going to react yet.
I'm going to go ahead and aim for 21 work out days. I was aiming for everyday this month so, in order to that it will need to be 21 in the next 3 weeks.
Hi all, I was a member of this thread a couple years ago, fell off the wagon and now I'm back...and I'm in for the challenge!
I want to work out every single day for these next 3 weeks...I've got my Windsor Pilates DVD set and I'm going to use a different one each day. That said...

15 for me... starting tomorrow! Mondays/Sundays just happened to be my rest days.
Minimum 35 minutes cardio with 9 30 minute strength training sessions somewhere in there.
