Okay, so I haven't posted in a few days...but

5/26 - 15 minutes on the ellitpical and 7 minutes running (weak, I know - I'm only counting it as half 15.5/18

5/28 - 35 minutes on the stairmaster (this is my other half) 16/18
5/29 - 45 minute spin class + 3 hours of hiking = 17/18

Okay, I'm done. Beat my cardio goal but not the strength training. That's okay. I'm going to meet the strength training goal for next month. I hope we do one of these challenges for June.
