Too much this weekend
I went to a retreat this weekend. I knew (all week I knew!) that I should pack appropriate snacks and limit the food I ate that was provided. You have to eat some of their meal time food, which of course didn't even taste good, but I should have limited myself. I think I just took advantage of the fact that I couldn't know how many calories were in everything, so I'll just keep eating. And then when I'd lost track of what I'd eaten, I decided I could just keep snacking. And then today, when I got home, I was still in that frame of thought, so I just keep on eating! I was up two pounds when I stepped on the scale this afternoon.
That was silly, I can't believe I did that. This week I will work out every day after work and keep my calories at 1300 where they're supposed to be. I can't seem to make my weight go down no matter what I do anyway, but I certainly can stop it from going up!
