Weight loss seems to be slowing down for these last couple of pounds, and I'm admittedly being more relaxed with my eating while moving into maintenance... so I'd like to be firmly below 145 by the end of April.

Hey everyone! I'm glad this thread was started! I really need motivation and I NEED to get out of the 160s! I have been stuck here forever and I know if I can get safely into the 150s my motivation will be so renewed! I am hoping to get to 155- just enough so I know I won't bounce back to 160! Good luck everyone!

WOW Lauren! Just noticed you lost 83 lbs in less than 6 months! You rock! What plan/exercise did you follow? What an amazing accomplishment~other people success is such a motivator for me! Congrats!

I had a lull the last 2 months, I had been going off plan with diet and exercise way too much and only lost 5 lbs each of those months. I know that is still decent, but now that I'm firmly back on plan, I'm going to make it my goal to lose 8 lbs this month!

I will go for 5 lbs this month since I am a greek-orthodox, our Easter is this weekend and this equals , in my country, to 4 days of fattening traditional food (and since I won't have healthy options on the meals, I will do my best to skip all sweets).

Aw, thanks so much Jaimie! You're too kind! The weight did come off quite rapidly, although it's slowly coming to a hault, but I'm ok with that....for now anyway! I count calories (1200-1400 a day) and up til about two month ago exercised at least 6x a week. I was just very diligent and strict, but now I'm trying to figure out a balance so I can continue to make this a lifestyle change, and not gain it back! I know what you mean, I find everyone on this site so motivating, so thank you!

I'm going to aim fairly high and try to get to 142lbs. So a 2-3lb loss. I'm confident that I can do it. If not, oh well I'm so close to goal, that I'm closing the gap between losing and maintaining. It may take me awhile to get to my final goal, but I'm not in a hurry.

Mine is 3-4lbs by May 1st

SW: 134
Goal: 130

Its getting real hard for me to lose weight as my body is fighting with me to keep these last few pounds on. Unless I do something drastic like eat/train like a bodybuilder I dont know if they will come off easy. I will be happy with 2lb loss but my goal is 130.
