April weight loss target ....
I do this one on South beach diet I though It may be good to do it over here..
So how much do we want to loss on april . Put you start and goal weight and let see if we can make it. |

GW : 132 2.2 pound for me |

good idea! My April goal is only to lose 3 pounds. But my non-weight goals are to not binge at all, and to exercise at least 3 x per week.

To get in the 160s and stay there! I was 170.6 this morning.. I want to see it another day or two before I actually claim it though :)

My goal is to lose 4-5 pounds by the end of April. I think I will finally start to look tighter and less flabby.

GW: 149 My goal by the end of the month is 11 lbs. Seems like a lot but I'm fairly certain I put on about 4 pounds of water weight in the last week, and its TOM right now. :S |

I am going to aim for 199. Right now I am 209 (but my weigh in is tomorrow) so if I keep up the rate I am currently losing at, I should reach that goal.
