So I've been eating healthier for about 3 weeks. Just starting 'working out' this week. I started at 225 ... end of last week I was at 222. I just weighed myself after my workout on the elliptical and the scale said 219.6!
It's only about 6 pounds but it's just so exciting to be under 220. I've been hovering around 225 for sooooo long with no change it's almost hard to believe!
I have decided to start taking better care of myself. I started by 1. trying to eat better. 2. I found a new thyroid doctor and am forcing myself to be compliant with my medication. 3. get moving!
So far so good!
