So...i am back on track...i meandered a little. Ok a lot. I gained back every bit of weight i lost a few months back and then some and reached my heaviest of 451 lbs! Disgusting I know...i was so ashamed. I had been losing fairly nicely there by just making a few modest changes...little to no carbonated drinks...less sweets. So i figured I'd get a little more structured and count andd cap my calorie intake and stop eating out. I weighed myself about 2 weeks later and had gained 5 pounds!!! Needless to say i was upset and kinda quit...

When i checked my weight again I was at 448 and was terribly upset...but kinda unmotivated to TRY again...so I went on a few more months with no real plan or effort. I am very involved in my church and we had a fast.Daniel Fast to be exact! (extra restrictive,veggies,fruits,and grains only) I am currently still participating. It;s actually a very drastic version of the fast. It's a long story,but basically i and a few others were challenged ( not based on weight LOL) to fast from food completely during the day and then eat "Daniel" foods after 5pm and ONLY drink water...WELL...i made a decision that i wouldn't post too actively on here until i was at least aligned back up with my ticker down there...lol...happy to say i am BACK! lol I lost around 18 pounds in less than two weeks...i can see the fangs coming out now...i know this fast may not be the HEALTHIEST thing in the world..but it has jump started some weightloss and i feel motivated...when it ends later this week I am going to stick to an organized plan and really try to do this. I've got a LONG way to go....but i'm kinda excited about the journey...just wanted to share...I really LOVE this place!!

P.S. I'm going weigh later this week and hopefully i'll have lost a few more pounds and will be able to move my ticker man along!!!
