I fell off the wagon this weekend. HARD. Chips and ice cream (it all started with indian food). And yesterday I wasn't hungry but I ate anyways because I felt like I should. Today I'm still not hungry and when I had lunch felt a little ill as a result. Like I ate so much over the weekend that I'm just physically full.
So my question is, should I eat even though I'm not hungry? Or should I just not eat until I get hungry again (which will probably be tomorrow)?
Sidenote: I'm so mad at myself for getting derailed this weekend!
